This past weekend we headed up to my parents for the kids to have a sleepover with some of their cousins that are staying with Grandma and Grandpa for a little while. We also went, so that Adam could shoot off the rockets that he got for his birthday. When I was a kid I remember my dad putting together model rockets, he would shoot them off and then we would go chase them as they fell from the sky. Adam saw some in a store around Christmas time, so we bought some for my Dad and brothers, and then bought some more for Adams birthday. Luckily the rain held off long enough for us to launch them a couple of times. The kids really had fun, and I just realized we only took pictures of the rockets, we should have taken some of the kids faces! Oh well-it was still fun!
