Bruisin' Boys

If you look closely at Andrews nose, you might notice that it looks slightly bruised across the bridge.  That is because he may have broken while having a fight with the floor.

Adam and Kenzies first soccer games were this past Saturday.  They play at the same time, so Richard (and the camera) went to Adams game this week and I went to Kenzies.  Richard said Adam played hard and although they don't keep score, or even have goalies at his age, Adam scored a couple goals.  Kenzie did awesome as well, she played forward for two quarters back to back which is a lot for Kenz, who doesn't especially like to run or play realy aggressive.  She did awesome and kicked a pass to a girl that scored!!  They really had fun, Adam already asked today when he plays soccer next.  "Not practice, but a game"

Adams 5th Birthday

Adam turned 5 on Sunday.  We went to my parents and had a "Pirate Party".  He had a lot of fun.  He was so funny, in his usual Adam fashion.  We had pizza, fruit salad, vegetables, and guacamole with chips-that is the ideal Adam Menu!
The Cake-He found a picture in a magazine of the cake he wanted, it was a bit more colorful than mine, but he got to help put on the sprinkles!
My brother Kyle and SIL Jenny, dressing up for the occasion.
My Mom made him a treasure map that he had to follow to find his "Treasure" which was some rare and gold coins from my parents and brother Nic.
 "X" marks the spot
 The Treasure!
Opening presents-he was so funny, he would open a present and say, "Oh yes, this was on the menu." ?!?!  Not really sure what that is about, but he opened a shirt from me and my Dad said something about it not being on the menu, and Adam says-Oh yes, that was on the menu!"
 Blowing out the candles-all 5!
Adam and my Grandpa Chittock share the same birthday-what is crazy is that Kenzie and my Grandma Chittock also share the same birthday.  Grandma passed away my first year of college, so Kenzie never got to meet her.  Somtimes I joke that Grandma held onto Adam until Grandpas birthday because Adam was almost a week late!

PJ Day

Both Kenzie and Adam had PJ days at school today.  Adam because theyare learning about the letter P, and Kenzie because they earned a reward.  I will never understand why kids want to wear PJS to school as their reward?!?  Anyway Andrew didn't want to be left out.  He slept in different PJS and then went and got clean ones out his drawer to wear!

Snow Day

The kids love love playing in the snow.  I can't stand it, which makes no sense to me since I grew where it snowed and was on the Nordic Ski Team in High School.  So Richard took the kids to Stirling City to play in the snow.  I just enjoy the pictures!
Kenzie was very excited to tell me she made a snowman by rolling the snow.
Richard said that Andrew didn't think to much of it and stayed in the truck most of the time.  I swear I sent a jacket with Adam-most likely 2, and where are they?  Kids are crazy!
