Blog Update!
Andrew falling asleep during dinner,it took having three kids, but we finally got a sleeping kid video we can send to Americas Funniest Home Videos-although he didn't fall into jello or spagetti, so it isn't that exciting, but we thought it was hillarious.
Adam's "preschool sing"! 11 little 4 and 5 year olds singing Rudolf and Jingle Bells is pretty cute!
Adam with his preschool teachers with Miss Kerri and Miss Stacy
Kenzies School had a winter concert this year-the theme was "what the world needs now" and kenzies class sang -"We've got to give a little love." The kids sang really well, although it is still sad that schools can't sing anything with a Christmas Theme.

Christmas Tree O Christmas Tree
We picked out our Christmas Tree last night-the kids thought it was fun just to hide in the trees-They were a little bummed that we got home to late to decorate, but it was raining and wet, so I figured the tree needed a day to dry out anyway-Hopefully tonight we can "decorate for Christmas"
Yes-we got our tree from Home Depot-not the traditional Christmas Tree Lot, but hey it is still real!

Andrew Turns 2
So like most 2 year old boys Andrew loves trains. The funny thing is he says it so funny! It sounds a little like brain, but rolling the b and r-so we went to the Train museum in Sacramento on Thursday. It was so fun. Afterward we were walking around Old Town Sac and there are so many cool places to take pictures, so I just started taking pics of Andrew, and of course my battery died-but he was getting tired anyway, and we got some really cute ones anyway!

Halloween Tees and a Dirty Theif
My sister made the kids some super cute Halloween shirts and I really wanted to get pictures of them before they wore them and got them all dirty! Well I realized on Monday that I still hadn't taken their pictures, and at this rate they weren't going to be able to wear them in time for Halloween. So I set out to take pictures-always a cute idea until you start. Adam wanted to make ghost sounds and faces, and Andrew has figured out how to make "cheesy" smiles for the camera!
Adam really wanted some clam chowder for lunch, like any good Mom I said-Just a minutes-well 2 minutes (okay maybe 5 minutes) I hear Adam crying- I go in the kitchen to find that Adam was getting impatient and opened the clam chowder himsefl (it was one of those pop lids) then he set it on the counter. Well Andrew saw it and decided he wasn't waiting around for me to cook it. Adam saw him with it and tried to get it back, but Andrew has a death grip on it and wouldn't give it up. So I walk into the kitchen to hear Adam whinning about how he put it on the counter and Andrew stole it and wont give it back-You can see what Andrew had to say-and gratefully I laughed and grabbed the camera!

Monster Truck Madness...
Richard took the kids to Red Bluff on Thursday night so that they could get up close and personal with some Monster Trucks...yes Adam still loves monster trucks. He was very excited this year because he found out that the driver of Grave Diggers name is Adam. He and Richard went and watched them race on Thursday and one flipped over, that is always exciting! He also had a bunch of drivers sign his shirt!

A Blog Behind....
I realized today that I never blogged about the most exciting thing that happened this summer! Kenzie got baptized on the 4th of July in Wyoming in the Sweet Water River. The Sweet Water River is a River that the Saints had to cross several time to get to Salt Lake. When the Martin and Willie Handcart companies got there, they were freezing, usually with ice floating in them. It was really special because that is the area where my parents had served their mission, and we were there as part of a family reunion, so lots of family were able to be there- Kenzie was baptized in a dress that my mom made for her, and I made the dress she wore afterward. The water was freezing, and it was a little overcast that day, but the sun came out during her actual baptism, and she came out of the water and looked so happy and so grown-up! These pictures are totally out of order-but her are a few pictures of that day.
The whole family right before the baptism. Kenzie with my parents-See all those handcarts in the back?!
| Kenzie opening her baptism gift-scriptures with her name on them, she was so excited! |

3 year old logic-
Lesley-"Chloe, did you bite Braeden?"
Chloe- "No, I was pinching him."
Lesley- "Pinching him?"
Chloe- "Ya, I was pinching him with my teeth."
Chloe- "No, I was pinching him."
Lesley- "Pinching him?"
Chloe- "Ya, I was pinching him with my teeth."

A Temple an Hour-
While we are visiting my sister in Provo I decided that I wanted to take the kids to see the Salt Lake Temple, and well why not stop at every temple between here and there? Adam has really enjoyed pointing them out to me. When we first got here, he thought every church building we saw was a temple, but he now has got it figured out and had fun today telling me which were temples, and which were church buildings.
Stop #1 Mount Timpanogas
Stop #2 Draper
Stop #3 Jordan River
Stop #4 Oquirrh Mountain
Last Stop: Salt Lake

Moving on....
So my two favorite Pleasant Valley Seniors graduated last week- Sabrina and Victoria. They are both headed off to BYUI in January, and I am so thrilled for them, not just because I went there, but they are both converts and I now that it will be a super amazing experience for them both! They are such awesome girls-Congrats Sabrina and Victoria!!
Victoria asked me to make her a dress for graduation- It turned out really cute and a sweet color blue!
Me and Sabrina- I am not particular fond of this pic, cuz I am wearing a silly hat and I look like I am giving the "thumbs up" but really I am jusat holding my other glove. It was so freezing that night, it poured about 20 minutes before the ceremony started-so glad I have my PVBlue jacket!!
