In our little team of three, lines are already starting to be drawn despite only working together for a relative short period of time. The CEO behaves in a manner that I deem unprofessional, often pushing for features that he has no idea how hard it may take to do, and if the rest of us disagree, there is often no room for negotiation. The CTO and I are on the same boat, and we get along very well. This leaves me thinking about the long term success when even at the start we are already drawing lines.
I've also been working two shifts lately - when I have the energy at night to complete my own projects. New ones may arrive soon and I do need the cash. Hopefully I won't burn out too quickly. Good to know that my skills are leveling up fairly quickly.
