Just managed to watch finish <Toradora!>....better late than never...Well...It was more complex an anime that i could have imagined...what began as a simple light-hearted "high-school-life" anime turned out to be one that deals with many mature issues (some of which i struggled to understand)...The last few episodes turned out to be much more heart-wrenching than i could take lol...so emo now.. I still kinda like the "under-developed" character Amin in the show though...
ah wellz.... K-ON! be my salvation...

I participated in Ajax's Skit for Saftey day... and i must admit it was a rather memorable experience....and rewarding as we did win the Saftey day in the end...Also i must add its rare to find such experiences in my work...seriously...haha..o well..just hope tat we can obtain a video on it...nth much to add....ciao.

Managed to catch X-men Origins Wolverine last thursday with 21Sa ppl... the largest gathering to date with special appearences by Clarence, Tay Xuan, King and Wei siang XD
I went to Cai's house before meeting up with the main group to steal some stuff from his computer hehe...
The movie was ok. nice action sequences there haha.Snooped around the figurine shops at Plaza Sing abit too. Saw the limited edition Green Yian Kut-ku Sub-species
for sale at $69 which was kinda out of my budget as i already ordered a Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza ver. on Ebay for $134 (quite impulsively too)
After which we decided to go to Cathy to have dinner at Aston.. Though we thought that it was a thursday, weekday, so not many people...A long queue awaited us at the restaurant...After 30mins or so we managed to get seated and almost everyone order double up chicken lol. And King for some reason didnt wanna eat.
Being well fed, we took a walk down to Heeren as i wanted to buy my Lozoid King Shone by Puma (which was also part of the reason why i couldnt buy that yian kut-ku)
Here's the quite interesting/embarrassing part... As i mad emy purchase and was exiting the store... guess who i saw at the corner or my eye? None other than Keely from campus superstar (i wasnt much of a fan of chinese songs... so i wasnt really into the show...but i could recognise her still) ...Lol and my friends made quite a fool out of themselves to say the least.....the entire episode was quite embarassing.... o well...
then the group split into two... i went with the LAN gaming group and took a bus down to Paradiz... And as i mentioned before... its a freakin thursday...yet...paradiz was bloody full and we had to make our way to the third floor to get some computers...(without flat screen btw).... initially felt like l4d but soon got bored and engaged in a somewat refreshing Battlefield 3 .... lol ...
Talk of an apocalyptic future is all the rage nowadays, with movie makers rushing to make movies about the end of the world(e.g. the day after tomorrow, Knowing, 252 signal of life etc...), which many believe isnt too far in the future. Many famous fortune tellers are making a fortune out of their predictions (no pun intended). And the future is really looking kinda bleak for us, wat with global warming,new anti-biotic resistant viruses, Food scandals, healths scares, terrorists running around and what not end-of-the-world situations...And the world seems to contine to fight over relatively trivial things... But who am i to lament anyways... Those without the power to change are nothing to the eyes of the world.
