Grades are posted!! Straight A's!! 3.91 overall GPA!! (one stupid, although hardearned, B two semesters ago!!)

 

Summer has been busy, but I have no idea with what!! I am busy, but I can't think of a thing I have accomplished!!

Friday night we went to the Jethawks game. They lost, but we had fun anyway!

Saturday, Honey and I watched softball at the park all day! It was a beautiful, sunny day and we saw some really good softball. I of course brought my knitting! I am working on a new cell phone carrier. Because I am ordering my new phone next week!! And it must have a new holder!!! Sunday we had two Big League Baseball games and by Sunday afternoon, I was wiped!!

I am looking forward to this weekend,

because thanks to Facebook, there is a mini-reunion planned! Should be fun!

Summertime....

A Sibes favorite time of year!

(OK, not really. But they do love the end of the day when the heat is leaving and we can all go out for some fresh air and sunshine!)

This past weekend, Honey and I umpired a couple

Big League Softball (if you do happen to click on the link, we are District 51 - we usually get one team to the LL World Series. We have even won a few!! Go girls!!) games. The above is what happens when one takes a foul tip off the bat and the catcher doesn't catch the ball!!! And I was wearing shin/knee guards!! Pretty right?

Tommy was here over the weekend. My new nick name for him is Piccolo Pete! Haha!!!! We took him to his first Jethawks game and he had so much fun!

Well, it is my first full day of summer! So, I am off to spring clean!! And read a book, and knit something, finish the crochet doily I am working on, head to the waterpark, umpire some softball games, watch some college softball...........

My weekend!

This weekend we traveled to Las Vegas to see my parents. We went to a 51's game and had a fabulous time!!  We were only there for an overnight visit and on the way home stopped and picked up Mater. I knitted my dad a helmet liner. (Not my dad but a picture from Lion Brand - I forgot to get a shot of my dad in his liner!! Dang it!!) So now I have to finish Maters jacket and I can start something NEW with nothing waiting for me to finish!! Yea! And I have all summer to work on it!!! I love trying to figure out what to make next!!!

The boys are on summer break but the girls still have three more weeks! I'm done on Wednesday!!! Yea!  Hopefully, it starts feeling like summer soon and I can hit the waterpark with a good book!!! Because the kids either have summer school or band practice!!!!!So I am going to be on my own - ahhhhhhhhh!!!! Sweet!!!
