Hypnotherapy
In January I went back to school! The class I wanted to take was being offered in St. George for the first time. It was amazing! I loved every minute of it. So now I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist. I know that hypnosis is usually thought of as the hypnotist dangling a round object in front of someones eyes and chanting, "you are getting sleepy" over and over. But it is far from that. Hypnosis is just a state of deep relaxation that allows the conscious mind to relax and then we are able to access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind can remember every word, smell and thought and sometimes if the thought was very emotionalized with a negative emotion such as fear it can be causing problems that you are not even aware of. So as a hypnotherapist we just guide you to change the thought and it amazingly changes your behaviors. Pretty cool! So if you think that you have some thoughts, emotions in there that you want changed let me know.

Birthday With Mickey!
Our little Cruz loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. So we thought it would be a blast to take the family to Disneyland to celebrate his second birthday.
It took Cruz a while to warm up tot the characters.
Parks was perfect as usual.

Cheese!
I was hanging out with my best buddy Cruz and I had my camera around my neck. When I put it up to take a picture he looked at me at said, "Cheese". His mother has taught him well.

Perfection
Parks Kyle Bradshaw joined our family on August 15, 2013. He is perfect. And everything about the day was perfect.
We were all planning on being there when Parks was born, but Parks came so fast that we all missed his birth.
Cruz was so cute with Parks. He loves him already.
Parks is such a good baby. Cruz and Parks look so much a like. The only difference I have noticed so far is that Parks is so easy going.

Chases' Turn
As you all probably know, Zack is always injured. Well this time it was Chase. June is a really busy time with the cows and so Chase went a rode with Kyle. He hadn't been on a horse for over three years. Arnold went plowing through some thick oak trees and Chase didn't get down quick enough and was thrown of the horse into some rocks. UGHHHHH! It was not pretty.
After 37 stitches, an antibiotic shot, and a tetanus shot. Chase was good to go. And people think that football is a dangerous sport? We have had more injuries in our family because of farming than sports. :)
