Me on Monday

And so another Monday comes around and it is time to go and give Sian a wave over at From High in the Sky

It has been a lovely crafty weekend at Parkhurst Towers, on Thursday one of my online but now a real life friend came to stay.  There was a lot of laughter, quite a bit of eating and wine drinking, some crafting done and cake, there has to be cake.  That Dundee cake I made last Monday is now no more - I did manage to grab a shot before it all disappeared!!

 We made a lot of mess at the dining room table

And had a fun crop on Sunday with Wendy and Sy at Cardinal Colours

So Monday morning found us putting Lesley back on a train bound for London but time for some photos before she left

Apparently this is the face you have to pull to get rid of double chins

Really missing Lesley today, the house is so quiet now as I go about my Monday chores including cleaning and putting away a pile of rubber stamps and wading through a big pile of laundry.  My soundtrack for today is this little beauty

Thank you Silje for mentioning this on Facebook today, this was my revising music between 1989 and 1992 when I was juggling a full time job and doing my degree.  And today there is no Mum yelling for me to turn it down LOL!!!!!
