Greyson at 3 Months weighs around 16 pounds. He continues to love to eat and just keeps getting chubbier!
Greyson is now sleeping through the night, about 11-12 hours straight. He eat A LOT during the day to make up for it!
He is still pretty serious, but is smiling more and engaging with us more and starting to make a lot of eye contact and following us with his eyes.
He loves bath time! He starts kicking his legs like crazy right when we turn the water on.
He loves to watch cartoons with his big sister!
He has discovered his hands and likes to suck on them.
We love to kiss on his chubby cheeks all day long!
We love you Greyson! Happy 3 Months!!!

New Year's
We had a pretty low-key New Year's this year. Eric's parents were in town. We took the kids out to eat at Foga de Chao. We got hats out and drank Martinellis with the kids (around 10pm). Our neighbor let off some pretty intense fireworks that the kids loved. It was a fun night!
Christmas 2014
We love the Christmas Season!!! We started it off with decorating ginger bread houses when Grammy was in town. I think the kids ate just as much candy as they put on the house!
I took Logan and Stella to eat Breakfast with Santa. It was an activity put on by Logan's school...
We took the kids on a train ride to see Santa and get our Christmas Tree.
All the Christmas trees going back on the train with us...
This Santa was not nearly as good as the one at Breakfast. Stella wouldn't even go near him; not even for a toy!
But she was all about the cookies!!!
Our decorated Christmas Tree...
Christmas Eve in our Christmas jammies...
Christmas Morning did not disappoint! The kids loved their new Nintendo WiiU...
Greyson was content with his new giraffe...
Logan opening up presents from Santa...
Rocco got a few goodies too! He just loves all the wrapping paper!

Stella's 3rd Birthday
Stella loves horses. So I knew I wanted to do something extra special for her birthday with horses. I found a farm in Oregon that does special birthday pony rides. We headed out early for her pony ride. She was quite shy and hesitant as she read about ponies and then helped clean and saddle her pony. But as soon as she was lifted onto the pony's saddle she lit up. She was in HEAVEN!!!
Stella did NOT want to get off the pony. She literally would have ridden him for hours! We wanted to give Logan a little ride - but the ONLY way we could get her to agree to it was if she could help lead the pony...
We went to Lunch and then headed home, so Stella and I could go do our next special thing together with just Mommy & Stella. We went to get Stella's very first manicure and pedicure. She was very quiet once again but loved her finished nails!!!
Relaxing during her massage...
Showing Mommy her nails...
That night, Stella and Daddy went on their very first Daddy-daughter date. We got Stella dressed up very pretty. Daddy took her out to dinner and then to jump on trampolines. She loved it!
The next night we had the Smith's over for dinner and cake. Stella loved sharing her pink cake with Lucy and Tucker!
Happy 3rd Birthday Stella!!!

Stella is 3yrs Old
Stella turned 3 years old on December 14th, 2014. She was 38.5 inches tall (79%), her head circumference was 21.5 inches (99%), and she weighed almost 34lbs (79%).
She is still my little girl who is fiercely independent, sassy as they come, but at the end of the day easy as pie and sweet as can be. She is as girly as they come, but still loves to wrestle her brother, play legos and dress up like Spider-Man.
She LOVES animals, but especially HORSES!!! She loves pink and purple and anything sparkly. She loves to wear princess dresses and have braids in her hair. She likes anything to do with Frozen and Minnie Mouse. She loves chocolate. She is very weird about the textures of food and pretty much gags on a daily basis. She loves anything to do with the water - the pool, the shower, the bath, the lake, etc. She can throw a tantrum like no other and I usually have to bribe her with a sucker to give it up. (or send her to her room)
Stella was potty trained shortly before her 3rd birthday (after a few failed attempts) But this time she took to it within a day and it was sooooooo easy!!!
We love you Stelly Belly! And we don't know what we would do without our Sassy Frassy little girl!
Stella enjoying a chocolate cupcake - her favorite!
Giving Mommy her Sassy & Sweet smile...
Posing in front of the Frozen backdrop at Target...
Riding the horsey at Chuck E Cheese. She did NOT want to get off!
Getting her teeth cleaned at Daddy's office. She did great!
Enjoying a Popsicle outside...
Showing off her underwear after being potty trained...

Oregon Waterfalls
When all of our family was in town, we decided to go explore the Oregon waterfalls. We only got to see a few, but they were no joke. I could not believe how BIG they were. Way more beautiful than anything I've seen in Costa Rica or Hawaii and its in our BACKYARD. So cool!!!
