Our sweet baby girl turned 8 months; time just keeps flying by! Anyone else think it goes by way too fast with your second?
Stella weighs around 21.5 pounds now. I had to finally give in and switch her carseat to the convertible one. It fits her way better than her infant one did. She is sitting up like such a big girl now; I have even caught her a few times tipping over to reach stuff, but still no scooting. She is proving to be a late crawler, just like her brother - which is fine by me!
She is still nursing and eating two meals a day. She will pretty much eat anything we put in front of her face. We did start some dairy this past month, though, and she is NOT a fan of cottage cheese, but yogurt she loved!
She loves her big brother and starts squealing the minute he walks into a room. She still loves the water and being outside. She grabs for everything now and you have to watch what is in her reach!
She is still sleeping like a champ. I started wrapping her with her arms out all the time - she can put in her own binky in and will even play with her toys as she puts herself to sleep; it is heavenly!
She continues to babble all the time. She has even started saying Mama which Eric is very jealous of :)
Stella also got her first two teeth this past month. The first one was easy, breezy but the second turned her into a needy, whiny baby for over a week and she was nursing terribly - so glad that is over, but am hoping it is not like that with the rest of her teeth :(
We love you Miss Stella! We seriously can't stop kissing your scrumptious cheeks and squeezing your squishy rolls! Happy 8 Months!!!!
Loves the pool- especially now that she can sit up big by herself and play...
HATED the life jacket on the boat; I seriously couldn't get her to crack a smile...
