Merry Christmas to ME!!!
I realized, thanks to my baby ticker, that I am in double digits today! Only 99 days left to go! I am also officially in my 3rd trimester as of tomorrow! So exciting!

24 Weeks
I am trying to take photos of myself every four weeks up until my delivery. So...here is the belly now!It has grown quite a bit in the past four weeks and it seems to me like my baby doubled in size. In NICU terms, my baby is now "viable" and could live if I delivered now. I guess that could be a relief to some, but since I take care of 24 weekers quite often, it is pretty scary to me. I see everything they go through and know all about the complications they are at risk for. I just keep telling him he has to stay in there at least four more weeks! On the good side of things, I and others, can now feel the baby from the outside. Although Eric and my sister are the only ones who have felt him so far, I still think it is pretty cool!

'Tis the Season
I LOVE Christmas, and I especially love Christmas decorations! I LOVE the feeling that Christmas decorations bring into a home and I LOVE the smell of a fresh Christmas tree! Last year we didn't get a tree, because we were worried about what our brand new puppy would do to it. It kind of made me sad and I was determined to have one this year. Rocco has done surprisingly well with it and has only chewed up a few bows and one ornament.Eric's mom made us this quilt for our bedroom, but it works perfect in the family room during the Christmas season! My Mom made this table runner for me last year for Christmas! Over Thanksgiving, at my parent's house, the girls worked on a few Christmas projects together. Here are the results ~
My only complaint about Christmas decorations is having to take them down. I seriously wish they could be up for the whole year!

Thanksgiving in Sacramento
Eric and I headed to Sacramento to spend Thanksgiving with my family. My brother and his wife Ashlie also came into town, so we were all together. We ate way too much, played lots of games, went to the movies, went shopping, and best of all the girls went and got massages at the Arden Hills Club and Spa. My prenatal massage was fabulous and I think I may get another one before I have this baby. If you are ever in Sacramento I HIGHLY suggest going here for a massage!

Rocco's Photo Shoot
Eric has been using Rocco a lot to practice his photo taking skills. Here are a few of my favorite shots~
Love that tongue!
Rocco LOVES the grass at Grandpa and Grandma's house.
The prettiest bulldog you have ever seen; well, except for the one snaggle tooth!
Staking out the geese at Chrissy Field. I love the bum shot!
Rocco loves snuggling with Grammy's quilts!

More Exciting News...
Earlier this year, Eric and I found out we would finally be an aunt and uncle. Eric's brother, Kyle and his wife, Katie are expecting their first boy in just a few short weeks. We have been thrilled to know our soon-to-be nephew will be so close to our own son. Well, the day before Thanksgiving we found out that we will have a neice soon, as well. My brother, Chad and his wife, Ashlie are due only three and a half weeks after us and will be having a little girl. We couldn't be happier to have all these new babies in our lives - I am so excited for our own baby to have cousins so close in age!
