...and Christmas trees!!
I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!!
Well, what else can I tell you about?
My newest little niece Olivia was born! And isn't she BEAUTIFUL?! I really think she might be the prettiest baby I have ever seen. I love her so much!
I love this picture! Azuree drew this and then told me "It looks like a mommy!" Ha ha ha I guess this is what I have caused to be the norm for moms in my little girls eyes. I feel bad for my kids sometimes ha ha.
I feel bad that this is the only picture I took of our Thanksgiving weekend in Aurora. But I think it explains the weekend pretty well. This was taken only minutes after we headed home. We all played so hard and had so much fun!
Emri has this favorite blanket that she can't sleep without and that she drags around with her all day. So, needless to say, it gets SUPER dirty. Here are some lovely before and after pics for your enjoyment :)
I decided that just throwing it in the washer wasn't cutting it any more. It needed some serious help. So I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed! In case you are curious I used Felsnaptha, the best soap in the world for stains!
Look at that NASTY water!! And I hadn't even wrung out the blanket yet!
Here it is all clean! Well...mostly. Two of the squares are made out of this lovely material that just wouldn't go pink again. But the rest of it looks great now :)
We have this old, nasty banana chair that Kiley got for Christmas when he was little. So of course he can't part with it :) But if I keep letting our girls play on it and use it as a "slide" it just might fall apart enough that he will let me get rid of it...maybe.
First Azuree got stuck...

And then of course Emri had to be like big sister :)
Emri struck this little pose all on her own :)
Proof that they do get along sometimes :)
I am seriously looking forward to the day that my girls don't leave a huge mess when they eat. But for now, I will just smile and enjoy it cause sometimes it can be pretty cute :)

I just have to brag about my hubby for a little bit. I LOVE that he is such a handy-man and that he works so hard and will always try to figure out how to fix things! Here he is being all manly and replacing the fuel filter in our van (which apparently was no easy task because it was inside the fuel tank...).
Old and new fuel filter...
Here he is with his brother Chip learning the tricks of the trade in their family's Utah Septarian Treasures business! All of the men worked for a little while in the shop during the Thanksgiving break. I know Kiley really enjoyed it!
And here he is just being good lookin.'
I love my hubby!
