Fit Test:
Set your interval timer to 50/10 and complete as many as the following exercises in the time as you can. We will be using our interval timers in every single workout of this 30 day challenge and it is basically the only must have item for BodyRocking. Our timers let us know when to switch exercises and the “beeps” keep us all pushing harder then a regular clock ever could.
We have downloaded 'Seconds Free' app to help us with the interval training.

FRI - (i really HAVE TO shop for real) 1pm gotta go supermarket/deco shopping for sat's BBQ. Bake cupcakes! I really shld be cleaning my room.
SAT - Bake cupcakes & prep for BBQ. Open House at 6pm! We're expecting abt 30 of us! *and of course my bestiee is joining.. ;)*

it really doesnt make sense to hv so much pressue. Exams are stressful enough, on top of tt allocating only such a short time when u expect a long ans OR there's so many mini qns to be ans.
Everyday its like.. Okay, click delete today's info. Refresh info for tom's exam. Some info gets muddled up. Increase/decrease this that no what.. havent had hand cramps in a looooong time. Im really looking forward to pass after studying my ass off every single sem. Crash & burn.. Even cars get burnout..what more us. If there's such a term 'brain f*', tts whats happening everyday after exams and having to concentrate on e next next and the next.
its all just a mental game. Whoever said this was ever easy from the beginning? Going through this, brings out the tears & intelligence in you.
i will only have one best friend in my life through thick & thin. To sing, laugh, cry, bitch, go crazy, talk, etc etc etc.. She's the only one who doesn't drift away from my life.
