Week 2 of Foundation.. woOkies.. still getting paranoid.. I know Im in for a crazzie time. Like seriously, why do u wanna n u r s e in sg??.. definitely not job satisfaction, u must be sick. Overwhelmed emotions.
Uncle William send me an email yesterday about ahma's sickness.. He was feeling really down and sad. As I read, I began to tear.. and cry. Yesterday the hospice nurse told us to be prepared. Yes, we're kinda prepared, mentally and emotionally we still cant bear to let her go. No matter how prepared we are, there's bound to have things that we just hold on to. Looking at her suffer and her abdomen building upwards, really makes me feel so sad. U just feel so helpless! This is such a painful experience, I will mentally collapse with so many things happening around.
This just isnt the year for us at all. One after another.. At least we know we have each other to talk and cry to. Even my nanny's crying. Every night my grandma holds her hands so tight and wouldnt let go, for the fear of sleeping to death.
On a lighter note.. Im in to the 5th day of orientation. Was doubting myself again, and thanks for the reassurance. Im really getting paranoid if I can do well and really excel. The only thing which is driving me so hard is the ultimate AIM. Had a full day of Diabetes session.. check the vids out..
Taking hypocount (blood sugar lvl).. Pricks! This is a Sudden Sharp Pain.
Performing subcu injection.. well, this is to let us have a taste of what e patients are gonna feel! *Note that there isn't any med in e syringe!* hehe..
Foundation Prog's was a relieve to me.. nv knew there was such a prog. Having 21days consisting of theory and practical.

Have been really tired out.. literally just so switched off and dead.. Last couple of days were spend at my granny's place.. Night time its like wakey wakey.. cuz my grandma couldnt sleep.. I woke up couple of times.. sleep talking, sleep changing for her.. heh.. I understand what my nanny's experiencing.. oOkies, its mentally straining.
Every morning i gotta carry her up to the wheelchair and off to the basin to washup, back to the living room and have bfast and med.. Back to bed, rest. And back to dreamland for me.. Im just so friggin tired.. and sleep doesnt seems to be enough..
Not complaining, I guess thats how when u have a newborn too.. when they cry, parents hv to wake up and tend to em.. when u grow old, u dun wanna rely on others, but u hv no choice.. oOkies.. I feel sad for my grandma seeing her at this state. One fall, and thats it.. she just aged 10years. oOoo.. unbelievable.
Its just making me all so scared about falling ill, getting sick, turning chronic. Gosh!! U see people around u 'falling apart'.. U get tensed up yourself.
