After all these, my mum just rang and told me that we forgot to beat the eggs for a long time and thats why our cakes didn't exactly puffed up!!!! hahahaha.... next try!!!

Recipe from allrecipes.com (Surprise Banana Cake)
INGREDIENTS
200g white sugar (I used half of e amt, cuz it tasted too sweet!!)
115 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed (The bananas made the cake sweet)
250 g all-purpose flour
5 g baking soda
3 g salt
60 g chopped walnuts (i omitted it)
5 ml vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Grease and flour cake pan.
2. Cream together the butter or margarine and the sugar.
3. Add eggs(Beat your eggs well!!!), bananas, flour, soda, salt, nuts, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake at 190 degrees C for 30 minutes. Cool the cake and you're ready to eat it!!

I did banana icing, but it was way tooooo sweet.. cuz the banana itself raise the sugar level!! So if u really like it sweet.. here's e icing recipe that i've used.

Banana Glaze Icing..
INGREDIENTS
55 g butter, softened
110 g mashed bananas (about 1 n 1/4 of a banana)
3 ml lemon juice
3 ml vanilla extract
390 g icing sugar (I used 100g and it was still sweet)

Cream together butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly beat in icing sugar, adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy, spreadable icing.

BTW, amoy street food centre market or something.. level 2.... there's this uncle sells reallllly nice banana walnut muffins!!! its really yummmmmy!!! All muffins at $1.. his strawberry muffin's nice tooo.. and there's this aunty's wanton/pork rib/dumpling noodle ($2.50-$3)opposite tt uncle's store is super yummmmy too.. and she gives alot of ingredients!!!!
