Just returned from msia today.. hmm.. yes.. what a trip!! Playing with da little rugrats.. cheeeekie monkiee.. ken and me had fun.. Kinda. We made ondeh ondeh too.. yeah yeah yeah......... and it tasted like 'tang yuan'.. By right it shldnt be tt ya.. gooooey.. no fan of tt.

Met up with dm in da evening after her work.. had dinner at NYDC.. freako!! I was sweating like mad.. man!!!! The weather is really hot.. and damp!!!!!!!!! tHereafter.. wEnt into Heeran to CHILL.... we tOok thEse........

My dearest ghissy is back from perth!!!Boy i miss her so much my eyes just flooded w tears when i saw her..not to mention i was literally running frm T2 to T1 with my poor sisters trailing behind me..hahaa..She broughtso much munchies back for me and yeah i have been munching for 2 weeks alr..long break man..its time to pay the price of grazing..those of u who noe how strict my diet is will noe there is no room for snacks in my diet but wats life without chocolate and cakes man?so i m cutting myself some slack here n tmr onwards i m back in the race..aargh i must be disciplined man!!!I cannot afford to let my blood, sweat n more sweat go down the drain..its too much sacrifice to see it all gone..I have gained wt due to grazing n now i gotta play catch up to balance the scale again..the only way is to cut calories n work my ass harder..hahaa age old dieting rule..I wanna at least look like half of jillian michaels man!!!the toughass body..

tOday was tHe moooooSt fUN day eVer eVer!!! hahaha..

hAd a BBQ for Alison.. hmm.. gerald's flatmate.. her bday...yeah.. was all fun.. I had Lamington cake.. its sponge cake with choc coated and coconut all over it.. was coool.. besides e coconut part of it. hahaha.....

I played Volleyball today.. with.. a few people.. caitlin, megs, jason, gerald, gav, jess, jamie, alex, 'vager??' (he's frm nOrway).. and this other gal (frm cAnada).. lOl.. yEah.. and guess whAt.. yeah yeah..

I GOT SLAPPED BY THE VOLLEYBALL TWICE on MY FACE!
geeeee....... and both was Gerald's serve.. aye.. 1st was a slap on the left cheek.. 2nd.. was frm meg.. Slap to the EYE! lol.. yeah.. was really funny.. pain.. smack.spank. lOl....
