The time has come...

At approximately 12:15 pm on Wedneday, my hair will no longer resemble this stinky creature.

N-E-G-L-E-C-T.

Dear Mom,

It has come to my attention that I have not talked to you in a very long time. If you thought once I got married my neediness would go away, you were wrong. If you figured the phone works both ways, once again you find yourself incorrect. If you thought you would just "see me once we are in Portugal," you are sorely mistaken.

Please give your favorite child a call at your earliest convenience. I cannot promise that I have ANYTHING to talk about, but I miss you and want to hear your frazzled and stressed out voice.

Love,

Etak

Nothing.

This week I opened the freezer and ten jars of freezer jam fell on my toe. A goose egg formed on my big toe immediately. The bruising has subsided and I should be back on my feet soon.

Also, the barometric pressure has changed, causing my MCL to remember that it got hurt a few years ago and didn't recieve proper physical therapy as ordered by my doctor. Maybe I felt stupid riding a bike amongst people practically paralyzed.

Getting the heck out of Provo!

In exactly 2 weeks we will be on our way to Portugal! This means I can take a break from obsessively cleaning our tiny apartment as I wait for Hank to come home from school and actually fill my days with meaningful activity. Not that I don't love that....

Does anyone know how to transfer a DVD you already have to your Ipod? I think we will need ample amounts of entertainment to survive the plane ride. Your help is much appreciated!

The Cutest Kids in the World!

This weekend Hank and I had a change in scenery from watching our favorite TV shows to watching the cutest kids ever....Alison and Stuart.

I had so much fun with them, watching their cute little manerisms and exchanges! They LOVED the Meerkats at the zoo, hated the Geese (that are coincidentally the same size as they are), and rejected constant pestering from Hank. However, the best part of the whole experience was seeing their sweet little faces light up when their parents returned back home!

They ARE the cutest kids in the world.
