It's time!! All of the new stamps and Die-namics are now available at the MFT Boutique! I'm sharing a couple of CAS cards using You Make My Day.
I thought I'd go the clean & simple route today and let these fabulous sentiments shine - I am loving all the white space! I started with a Sweet Tooth Card Stock base and then cut out another piece of 2" x 5-1/4" piece of card stock and used the Heart STAX Die-namics 3 times to create the heart trio here. I cut out another piece of Collectable-Memorable 6x6 paper from My Mind's Eye just slightly smaller than the Sweet Tooth piece and then I used pop up dots to create dimension between the two sheets of paper.
I used another scrap of the patterned paper and stamped the sentiment in Razzle Berry Ink and then used a Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics to cut it out. I created the double ended fishtail by running the die cut back through my die cut machine, turning the paper so the fishtail cut through the opposite side. The layout is a slightly changed version of Retro Sketches #49.
This time I cut out a sheet of 4"x 5-14" card stock and used an embossing folder to create texture for all of the white space. I cut out a Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and then stamped the sentiment in Kraft Ink.
I used the new Button Border Die-namics to cut out the little button dies in Kraft Card Stock and then added some Flax Twine through the button holes. The layout for this one is Unscripted Sketches #196.
