Braxton School Pictures

Here is Braxton very first school picture!! They turned out so good I was surprised! Braxton is growing so fast it is surprising how big he is! We recently had a parent teacher conference, his teacher told us he is doing really well and he knows his letters, their sounds, and can write most of his letters. She said he is a great helper and always one of the first to volunteer if he can help. The thing she said they are working on is knowing when they are supposed to talk and working on raising his hand. I have a feeling this is something I am going to here through out Braxton school years. Braxton is VERY talkative and it does not matter who he is talking to he will talk to ANYBODY! He gets that ability from his Dad. Braxton LOVES school and is very disappointed if they do not have school for the day, he says staying home is BORING.

Braxton is such a sweet spirit Kevin was watching something about operation smile and Braxton was almost in tears and said "oh that poor little guy". Then once the little kid had his surgery he said, "Dad look how nice he looks he is all fixed, I want to fix people some day."

Braxton loves his teacher Miss Jessica and likes her assistant Mrs. Kathy. When ever I ask him about his day he usually tells me "Mom I am tired and will tell you after my nap or sorry I can't tell you right now." The kid will talk your ear off but when you ask him a question he does not want to tell me??? We love this little guy even when he drives us CRAZY and he is getting so big it is weird to think he was Corbin age when we moved out here and now he is so big!!

Thanksgiving

We went out to my Sister Amber's house in Virginia for Thanksgiving this year. We had a great time thanks to my sister and all her hard work preparing our dinner. Amber had it all ready shortly after we arrived and it was DELICIOUS!! The kids had so much fun with their cousins! Braxton loved playing with Ashley and George. Ashley was so good to let Corbin play and make sure he did not get into anything he was not supposed to! It was weird my kids were so entertained I did not have to do much with them it was NICE!

Halloween Party

We had a great time with a group of our friends over for a Halloween party. I love Halloween time it is one of my favorite holidays. I really wanted to have a Halloween party so we just had a couple people over played some games and had a great dinner. Thanks for coming everyone!

Beggars Night

Here in Columbus they usually do Beggars Night the Thursday before Halloween I am not sure why but that is what we do. Kevin stayed home to hand out candy and study and I went around with the boys. It was so cute to watch Braxton and how excited he was about it. Corbin thought it was pretty cool that he had a bucket of treats in front of him, however he was not to happy about the mittens on his hands because then he could not grab it.

This little guy did great he sat in the wagon most of the night but he was pretty happy to get some treats as we walked along. How could you resist giving this cute little guy candy. Of Course it had to be cold, the weather has not been to bad but then it was pretty cold on Halloween.

The boys were very pleased with their hoard. Braxton loved going through his candy and seeing what he got. I remember that was the best part of Halloween looking to see what you got. Corbin loves the sucker he was attacking them at one point he had one in his mouth and two in each hand.

Braxton got way to much candy and he did a great job TRICK OR TREATING. He had SOOO many comments on how cool his costume was. People would be across the street and say oh look at the Astronaut that costume is so cool.

Family Fun

On Corbin's actual Birthday we just had a little family celebration and I made cup cakes. Corbin loves animals so we did a cupcake monkeys and lions.

Corbin is a year old! Happy Birthday little man!

Kevin had a day off of school so we went to COSI since it was Corbin's Birthday and he loved it! He loves crawling all over and exploring all sorts of different fun things to do.

RAMBOW BABY! So every time Corbin grabs this necklace he puts it on like this. He also loves to grab this car track and play sword fight with it. It is crazy to me he is only a year old yet he knows how to sword fights WITH sound effects!

My Good Looking Hubby

We made smoothies one night and Braxton's fell in his face when he tried to take a drink and I couldn't resist taking this picture! The funny thing was at first he was on the verge of crying until I started to laugh at him then he decided it was funny instead of crying. Braxton was pretty sick the last week and you know how it is when you are sick you kinda get catered to. Well now he is makes a big deal about everything and starts crying over the dumbest things I am getting so frustrated. Luckily it is starting to get a little better but man this kid can be perfectly fine one minute then crazy the next I never know what he is going to do!
