Camping with Family
A few weekends ago, we went camping with Cole's family. We had a really fun time hanging out, playing games by the campfire, and just relaxing. The kids were covered in dirt!

Shyler went with my brother and sister in law on Sunday to hang out for a few days with her cousin Grace. I miss her. She'll be home tomorrow...but the house sure is quiet...peaceful too I guess...I shouldn't miss her so much. hahaha

TWINS!!!
My sister Kimberly found out yesterday that she is pregnant with TWINS!!! I'm so excited for her, and so glad it's not me!! haha It's going to be so fun to have twins in the family! Cole's cousin has two little boy twins that are adorable! And my co-worker has the cutest little boy and girl twins!! So this will be so fun to experience!!
If you have any twin advice, I'll pass it along to Kim.

Boys and Black Eyes
Easton has a black eye....No! i do not beat my son, but he seems to constantly be getting hurt! This is how it went down...
Easton was riding Shyler's 4 wheeler and it was time to put it away, so Cole told him to drive it into the shed....well Easton floored the foot pedal and went racing into the shed before Cole could grab him. Even after he lifted his foot to stop, the plastic wheels on the cement of the shed continued skidding and he slammed into the double jogger stroller we have in there. So the handle or something hit his left eye and it started swelling quickly and by the next morning, it was a full on purple/blue mess...I do have pics that i will post as soon as I take them off my camera tonight... Awe, the joys of being a mom to a 2 yr old boy...

Trip to Washington
So my 10 year Reunion was coming up so we had to go to Washington. Cole had to stay home because of work, so my awesome friend Tasha volunteered to go up with me! We had a great time. We took 2 days to drive up so we could stop at the Columbia Gorge and stay in Cascade Locks, Oregon. Tasha is a photographer (http://www.justimaginephotography.com/) and she wanted to stop there to take pictures. We had a good time there hiking up to a waterfall and just enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Northwest. I didn't realize how much I had missed it until we were there.
The following day we drove the rest of the way to Anacortes, WA where we caught the ferry. This was Easton's very first ferry ride, and the first one that Shyler remembered. They loved it.
The next few days we spent running around the island visiting people and going to various reunion events. It was so fun to see all my highschool friends and to see how people have changed. Tasha loved my friends too and enjoyed the trip as much as me.
But it was also great to be home. I missed Cole and the kids also wanted to see their daddy. We flew home (we had driven my brother's car up to him) and this was also Easton's first airplane ride. (and again, Shyler's first that she remembered) so they both liked looking out the windows. Easton however wanted to stand up and push all the buttons and turn the lights on and off and he did not like it when he had to sit down and be buckled in!
