First time going to my dad's grave

For Memorial Day 2015, we had an "official" place to go--Gooding, to see my dad's grave. It would be the first time back since the funeral. Even though it was exciting to see how well his headstone turned out (it had just been put there), it was very hard to see it. I love my dad so much and miss him terribly. Every time I go see his grave, the raw feeling just comes back.
The plus side of going to Gooding is seeing my Aunt Carole and Uncle Jim. My kids have fallen in love with them and look forward to going up to Gooding. I get to play Pinochle with them, and the kids get to catch frogs with Kenny. It's really fun! They also love shopping at the Kings store and finding little treasures to buy there. I love the memories that we are making in Gooding, even though I hate the reason we have to go there.

Tyler's 4th Birthday

Tyler turned 4 on May 16, 2015 and we had a family party for him at Jump on It, a local trampoline place. He had a blast and then we headed back to our house for presents. Happy birthday, buddy!! :-)

 He LOVED Spiderman!

And Frozen! This microphone got lots of use ;-)

The Payson Temple open house

We are so lucky to live in Utah where there are so many temples and always temples being built. They finished the Payson temple in summer 2015 and we got to go through the open house with my sister Vickie and her family. It was gorgeous and helped remind me that families are forever and I will see my dad again! I love my family!!
