My Favorite Things

If I was Oprah, you'd all be getting these things!!!!
And a car!!!!!!!!

Henry's Humdingers

Mostly bragging about what an awesome wife I am. I've order these spiced honeys a couple of times now for Ken. because Ken is crazy for both honey and anything spicy. And it turns out, we all love them. They're not to hot for the kids, either.
Mmmm! Sweet and spicy. We put it on popcorn, chicken, saltines. breakfast cereal, and MUCH, MUCH MORE!

Chiffon skirt

I got this on amazon and it is worth every cent. I love to feel fancy every once in a while!

Just Veggies

Another amazon find. I love these freeze dried veggies. They are a surprising texture and strangely addictive. There is nothing added to the vegetables, which I just love.

Ear plugs

Finding these were a big deal for me. I wasn't sleeping because I jumped at every sound. And the ear plugs we had hurt my ears, and I would wake up mulitiple times a night because of the pressure in my ear canal. These are shorter and softer than most brands.
And now I am sleeping!

Babylit books

I've been collecting these! I like introducing my kids to the stories I love!

American Giant Sweatshirts

I agonized over whether to buy these or not (I got one for me and one for Ken). And I am sooooo glad I did. They are super high quality. And I was sick of my $10 sweatshirts getting stretched out and worn out too fast!

Kitchenaid stickers

I was lucky enough to get my mixer secondhand from a friend for an awesome price. But I was a little bummed that it was white. But I found that lots of companies makes vinyl decals for kitchenaids that are made to fit the size and shape. I chose the design above, but there is so much available. Start googling!

Planted

This is the book I am currently reading. I haven't loved a book this much in a while. Here's a good review:
"An entirely honest and entirely affirming treatment of the challenges facing LDS believer. Mason brings a historian's training and sophistication together with a disciple's compassion and sensitivity to bear on an urgent topic. The result is a provocative and inspiring framework for faith."
—Fiona and Terryl Givens

That's it! That's all I've got!

Creations

Matching skirts for the girls!
(I couldn't not buy this batik)

I've been practicing my cream puffs. Sweet, sweet practice.

More skirts for Rosie. She insists on skirts as often as possible.

I spent quite a bit a time doodling on these canvas shoes for Rosie. It was fun.
Tip: Scotch guard should not be used over sharpie. It contains acetone and will make the ink run.
*sob*

Cookie monster ice cream
It was a ridiculously easy recipe and more delicious and addictive than expected!
