Why do we dream?

An interesting article i found on da net...

There are a significant number of people who remember their dreams but a very small percentage who are aware of what their dreams mean.

Your dreams tell you about your present state of awareness, this is why we dream. Dreams come from an inner place we call the subconscious mind and are presented to you in images which, when interpreted in the Universal Language of Mind, become personally relevant to you and your life.

When studying dreams and learning to interpret them, you need to know the two universal principles which apply to everyone, everywhere, at all times. The first of these principles is that every dream is about the dreamer. The second principle is that every person, place and thing in the dream is the dreamer. We as human beings are very multi-faceted.

A great majority of us are only aware of a small part of who we are. You can learn to expand your awareness of yourself by learning to interpret your dreams.Some theories state that dreams are a way in which we release stress. If this were true, then more people (especially those who are stressed-out) would remember their dreams. Remember that dreams come from the inner you, more specifically they are communications from your subconscious mind.

All day long we are busy moving through our waking lives, taking in sensations from all around ourselves. During our nighttime slumber our conscious mind is stilled, providing us with the opportunity to receive communication from our subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind holds all of our understandings which we have gained either through this lifetime or other lifetimes. It has messages to share with the outer self that are rich with knowledge and wisdom. Our inner mind is our best friend, revealing to us the truth of our present state of thinking and expression.

Dreams occur in the deeper stages of sleep which means that one needs to learn how to relax and remove attention from the worries and concerns of the day in order to receive from the subconscious mind.

I think i wld love to live for e day but sumhow its not workin out... i live each day worryin abt my future. Before i slp, i think... when i wake up, i think... its not like i can help it.

It sux coz i cant be happy. Yet, i cant find a reason to live/die.... i dunno wat my life is for, prob coz my folks will be dependent on me in time to come? Life to me is cheap; bringin a life into tis world is as ez as crackin a nut. Juz look at e ppl ard u.. do u think they r really happy wif their lives? Oh well, who says 1 shud live happily anyways?

I think i can only be happy when 1 day sumbody walks over to me n tells me dat im only left wif 10yrs or when i koe dat i can only live up to 40yrs old?

When dat happs, i guess i can really put down everything on hand n enjoy my life absolutely n totally.

i think when one's heart is no longer with his/her job, dat person begins to make lotsa mistakes. He/she will probably thinks dat tis is it.. it juz proves to dat person dat tis job isnt suitable but a third party alwaz judge better.

Why didnt dat person think dat he/she juz messes things up coz he/she doesnt give a damn abt e job anymore? Oh well, a job is juz sumthing which pays u in return of a service? I believe e probs are neverending no matter where u hop to.

Ive fell sick since last fri...i dunno if its e quarrel dat made me sick or wat? It juz sucks up all my energy n tis is like e result of it.

Rite now, im juz tired n lethargic.

I havent been eatin much. Few pieces of veg e whole day is suffice.

Mom rushed lunch for me before i came to work but e smell of oil puts me off totally, made me feel even worse so i left w/o eatin.

The smell of confinement at hme is sickenin..

I feel e air outside or even in e office is so much better... //i feel suffocated.
