Friends

One of the best things about holidays is it brings our out-of-state besties home to visit! Kyle went with Griff and his brother in law fly fishing. He of course loved it.

We had another amazing sledding day in the hollow. Beautiful and perfect as a picture.

This wrap is my lifesaver. It saves me wherever I go. Especially with multiple young kids I don't know what I would do without it. I am able to go to the store, out in the snow, to church, and wherever else with him close to me, hands free, and not worried about him being cold or getting sick. Its a mothers dream...plus I get to snuggle him non-stop.

The kids always like to go listen to Kyle play the guitar or drums in the extra room. Whenever they are with him they are happy.

The rest of the family's got together to hang out for an evening. These boys sure missed each other.

It is seriously the best thing in the world when I get to see these beautiful faces. It is amazing to me that I haven't known them my entire life. Just wish we still lived next door.

Naughties....hiding and playing the Ipad.

Christmas

Christmas Eve! We had a fun breakfast and presents with the Bitter Family, then a big dinner and presents with the Johnson's.

Our Nativity is huge! I love it.

Yep, its a fuzzy one.

Christmas came! It didn't leave any disappointed.

Bruce called in the afternoon so we went to my parent's to Skype.

Cherry pie and red velvet cookies.

Ties for baby Levi

On Friday we all went sledding in the little hollow down the street from our house. It is the best place to go sledding! Hills up both sides and lots of room for everyone.

Baby neck rolls are about the best thing ever.

Family Nativity and Temple Square

It sometimes feels like a joke when we try and teach the kids things. Our home is like a circus most days and even nights. I remember my parents acting out the Nativity story with us. So we tried it. It was hard and didn't feel worth it...but I sure do like looking at these pictures now.

It was freezing and the kids cried almost the entire time, but we went to see the lights. And it was beautiful. Its been a few years since we have been able to come to Temple Square and I've missed it.

Anniversary

It's our 9th! Hard to believe some days. Then as I look back it is hard to believe how much has happened in that short amount of time. He is and always will be the perfect man for me.

Good things

We all know that licking the batter off the mixer is the best thing ever. We are raising them right.

Lyla won't keep her hair done for very long if she can reach it. This probably didn't even last a minute but her hair in long enough to braid!

This week it happened. What I have been wanting since we decided to start a family. I quit my nursing job. I will still work a few shifts before I am done but then I will really be done. It seems unreal. I took a picture so I could remember the day I told them.

We had our Townley family Christmas party and it was a blast. We caught this picture of grandma singing to baby Levi. It was the softest I had ever heard her sing. Precious moment.

Blessing

Our sweet Levi's blessing day.

It is always so crazy on these special days. With both of us having such big families there is no shortness of love! This day was so wonderful. What peace this little one has brought into our home. We all love him to pieces.

I have a great amount of talent surrounding me. Thank you to my sister in law Lynnae for these precious pictures of my little one.

We loved seeing everyone and being able to visit for a bit afterwards. Food, family, friends. Best things in this world.
