Visit Back Home

After Kyle's graduation on Friday we decided to go visit our families for the weekend. Brian, Alisha, Jayce, and Ryan came too. Saturday night Brookie and Cambie had their ballroom dance recital. They are so beautiful, and they danced like angels! It sure made me miss dancing.
I wish I could have gotten some closer ones but we were on the very last row.

Most of the boys decided not to come, but Bruce was sure a trooper. Brooklyn left after the last dance to go to a play so she was not able to be in the picture.

My family got a little bunny awhile ago, and of course the boys love it. It is so soft and sweet, and will sit in your lap.

Damon and Jayce playing with the screen door.

He is already wanting to drive...

Cute Jayce climbing up the steps.

The chickens are sure getting big! It is so nice for my family to get fresh eggs all the time, and for the kids to learn about taking care of them.

Recently Damon has become obsessed with tractors. (I wish we would have gotten some pics with Grandpa Johnson's big tractors, but we forgot). I had the hardest time getting him off it when we were going inside.

Whenever he heard an airplane he would turn around, point at it, and say 'airplane'. It was the one thing that could distract him from driving the tractor.

I am sad that I forgot to take pictures of Ben and Leighann. They told us this week that they are engaged and getting married in July! We are so happy for them.

Graduation!

Kyle is officially graduated from BYU! It was such a nice day today, we are so grateful to be at this point in our lives and look forward to new things ahead. Thank you to both Johnson and Bitter families for your support and everything you do! We love you and are glad that a portion of our family was able to participate with us in celebrating Kyle's graduation.
I was amazed when Damon started pushing Char around the foyer...he really is a strong little guy!

Of course he had to give her a kiss! :)
Kyle getting ready to walk across the stage. (He is the third one back in the line).
I cannot figure out why this picture turned out so bad, but it is the only one I could get while everyone was shoving me out of the way trying to get pics of their graduate.

First row, fourth from the left.
When we went outside to meet Kyle after the ceremony, Damon was wet. Since our China experience I have perfected the 'stand up' change for non-poopy diapers. When you can't find a bathroom it is better than a leak through.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know my eyes are about closed, but it was the only pic with my parents in it.
Happy day!

Congrats Babe!

Thanks again to both of our parents for coming, and Ang and Char too. We know it is such a sacrifice to drive and to get away from your normal routines. We just want you to know we love and appreciate you.
Even though Damon was in desperate need of a nap we celebrated with lunch at Goodwood. It was amazing!
Like his Daddy, already pulling out the sauces!

Grandma's Homecoming

Grandma Townley is home from her mission in Hong Kong. We are so happy to have her back safe, and to be able to learn from her example and experiences. We love her so much, she is truly a great strength in our lives.

Our reunions on the Townley side consist of two things...food and talk. Kyle always comments about how with other 'normal' families they eat, put the food away, and move on to other activities. With this side of the family we stand around the food the entire time eating. It lasts for hours. The food is only put away when people start leaving and take it with them.

The Bitter family with Grandma (minus Brian, Alisha, and Jayce. We missed you guys!)

Graduation

Well, two weeks from today I will officially be done with undergraduate studies. It will be a good day, but unfortunately I still have quite a while left before I'm really done with school. We still don't have an update for law school. As of now, we're still planning on Nebraska until we hear back from the rest.

"U" Don't Want Me

Despite everyone's earnest prayers that we would stay in Utah, it looks like our future holds an alternate experience for us.
