GENTLE REMINDERS to the sec 1s:

1) you dont have to sign up for the try outs. all you have to do is appear during the auditions on the 22nd of Jan in your PE uniform and selections would start on the spot!

2) only letting 15 sec 1s into dance is a rumour that someone has been spreading around! IT IS NOT TRUE.

WELCOME TO KC, SEC ONES!

Gooooooooood morning freshmen. Here are some additional information about this CCA
Practices are on thursdays (regular) and fridays (irregular). Usually from 3-6 pm.

The audition times are listed on the schedule pasted around the school. Please be punctual on that day and have a good meal beforehand (remember to leave some time for digestion!). Be sure to be in your PE attire and proper footwear (socks/ballet shoes/etc)

Though this dance club has tedious sessions of dancing which leaves you tired, cranky, stinky and sore by the end of the day and aching in pain by the next, the literal ROFL at ridiculous mistakes and stumbles while dancing, amateur back massages during waterbreaks and after-dance bubbletea runs make this CCA so enjoyable.

10 REASONS TO (L) KC DANCE:

#4. We dont care how ridiculous we look doing tecktonik/hardstyle/moonwalk.

KC DANCE WANTS YOU! SO COME JOIN NOW!

People! A couple of things to take note of:

1. Please stop skipping and missing practices, regardless of it being SYF or BMW or Speech day. If you're ill, you have to provide an MC or else.

2. Practices for SYF & Arts house item during this March Holidays would be on Wednesday (10:30 - 1:30), Thursday (11-1:30) and Friday (9:30-1:30)

3. For Speech Day practices, please ask Juliette, Eva and Natalie Magness for practices.

4. BMW Practices,1:30 to 2.30 wednesday, thursday and friday.

5. Practices may be held in the hall or gym for SYF, artshouse in EOA room.

6. SYF Dancers please keep up with the pace of the stronger ones and build up your stamina. We'll be continuing the runs on tentative dates which we would inform you of soon enough. Non-SYFers are welcome to run along

DON'T BE LATE.

COME IN PROPER ATTIRE & PIN UP YOUR FRINGE.

& most importantly,
It is expected of you to know every single step at each count before we begin class. Do clarify with the seniors if you are unsure.

If you are confident of executing the steps the way you're supposed to/the way the choreographer wants you to, then you may sit down and stretch.

That's it. We have many items to practice for so please try not to waste our precious practice hours.
