Murder in the Pearl District (Cedar Bay Cozy Mystery Series Book 5), by Dianne Harman. (Still free?)
"This is a fun mystery that is really enjoyable to read. This is my first time reading the Cedar Bay Cozy Mystery books and I was worried that since I am reading these out of order. There was no trouble feeling lost, or like I was missing something vital by not reading the first books. It is always nice to be able to pick up a book in a series and be able to really enjoy it without feeling lost. So, if you have not read the series before, don't let that keep you from reading this book. I enjoyed the characters, which are a diverse group, who are well developed and mesh well with the plot. The plot itself is well developed and with enough twists to really hold your interest. The writing is light, refreshing and very engaging. " -- Amazon Reviewer

The Third Girl (Molly Sutton Mysteries Book 1), by Nell Goddin. (Still free?)
"Well written, expertly woven mystery, good pacing but not rushed - all of which made it a superior read. An engaging cast of characters that the author took her time revealing, and who I look forward to knowing better. Nell Goddin demonstrated solid insight into each character's behavior and motivation, as well as the interwoven-ness of French village life. I enjoyed this book on many levels." -- Amazon Reviewer
