We were lucky enough to have Laura, Colton and Collin come stay with us while Adam was out of town on a fishing trip!! We had a BALL!!! Our playscape has never SEEN such love!! Here are some of my fave pics...

FireStation Day!

We are a part of this great group of Stay At Home Moms called "Mom's Club"...I know, clever, right? Anyway...our group is filled with fantastic ladies and one of them organized for our entire group to go on a tour at the FireStation...talk about a thrill...Blake was beside himself!! And Mia Claire...well...she was so worried that it would be "too loud" that she insisted on packing her "ears" (noise cancellation headset)....she looked awesome.

Little Miss liked driving the big truck...and threw a fit when she had to get down...nice.



We love our Gym!!

We go to this amazing gym...that I swear is like a resort!! They provide towels, have cheap lunches, GREAT employees and 2 of the most amazing pools around!! We go there at least a few times a week...and the running joke is...I have YET to actually WORK OUT there!! Stephen thankfully has...he's played in a basketball league and likes to go to the "pick-up" games there...but once these darn kids get in full-time school...I will literally live there!! (Sidenote - they do have amazing child care according to all my friends that go there...and I've let Blake go into the "kids gym" a couple times while Mia Claire had a swim lesson...but it's not my comfort zone...MC would lose her mind!!!...my own issue I'm sure....I digress)....

It's always tough to get pics when I'm manning the team solo at the pool...but I snapped a few this day and thought they were super cute!

Precious MiaClaire is now a big 2 year old!!! I love it!! She is getting to be so much fun and she is full of spunk!! We just do simple family parties, but we really had a great weekend for her bday!!



Blake had the brillant idea of making her PINK pancakes!



Mimi created another one of her FAMOUS cakes!! it was the life of the party...really...it was!! and so delish!

First Day of School....couldn't get here soon enough!

I know that sounds bad...but I'm telling you...Blake has a LOT of energy and he absolutely LOVES going to school and getting to do new things!! So we were thrilled when the school year started!! And now every time we go...Mia Claire says SHE wants to go to school too...well...we'll sign you up baby girl!! I really don't think she could handle it...but perhaps in the winter!!

My mom was just dying to take both Blake and Colton to see the new "Winnie the Pooh" movie this summer!! We were trying to work it out to go together....but we couldn't get it together....so mom treated Blake and I to the show!! It was darling!!

Blake LOVES and I mean LOVES to help in the kitchen...he's our little chef (have you seen Ratatoille)...anyway...chopping onions is always tough...I thought this was a pretty great idea my girlfriend, Ashley, always did...so we stole it...cute, huh?
