Today is my day to share over at the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog.  This past weekend PPPR had a Pirate themed blog hop and there are the cutest new files in the PPPR store.

 

I used the "Treasure Chest Card" cutting file to create this gift card holder.

Hello Crafty Friends!

 

I hope you had a great summer and are adjusting well into the new school year! 

 

Summer is officially over in my house :(  We moved my oldest back to college this past weekend.  Taking her back is always bitter sweet.  We love having her home and hanging out is the best!  But I know she is off getting a top-notch education and preparing herself for her future :)

 

Today is my day to share over at the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog and I made a Nerdy Books shape card.

 

 

Details:

PPPR "Bookworm Couple" cutting files

I used both sets of books and stacked them.  I welded the bases of the cuts to create the stack base for the shape card.

Pretty Cute Stamps "Adorkable" stamp set

 

I just love the sentiments from this stamp set!

 

I made this for my daughter and will send it to her in her first care package next month.
