This week, I gave the cookies to my canteengirl. I bought this cookies in Brussel. When I was at the cookiesshop Annie sneaked in my ears: "buy this for your canteengirl! She defintely will like it." Without considering what Annie had mentioned, since the word canteengirl just came to my ear, I bought the cookies. After I paid the cookies and when I walked out the shop, I realised that these cookies were like gold!!! Why? Well, I paid 8Euro for 4 pieces of cookies! Then, I wondered if my canteengirl will like it, since she does not like sweet stuff and chocolade.

Well, done is done. There was no way back. The only hope was that she would like it. When I came back to Holland, I realised that I need to meet canteengirl asap, since the cookies could not wait for too long. So, I decided to catch up with her after Annie left.

This week and the coming week, my canteengirl had a very busy schedule. So, it was though to meet her. But since my working-hours at Shell are very flexible, I went early to work. Since then I can also leave earlier. So, I gave her the cookies at her office. I could see in her face expression that she wanted to say many things. But she was in a big rush. I said, go go go. :)

After she left and when I took the metro, May started sending me SMS. The way back to my place is just the second stop. The metro took 2 mins to reach my metrostop. But this 2 mins look like 15 min. Hahaha...

Anyway, looking back at the reality, there are many thing I have to face to. First, I receive a letter of the Dutch government. They said I own them money. It is a huge one: more than 40 000 euro. To be quite honest, I did not expect that much.

I was very surprised that until now, I still do not shock by this debt. Somewhere inside me said everything will be fine. I will make more money and I will let the Dutch government own my money. Don't ask me where this spirit come from. Since I also don't have the answer.

The second thing was that I would not work for the jewelry company again, since they were not satisfied with me. It was a kind of relieve, since in the past few months, they put me in a very difficult position. Their demand exceed the top of the sky, while they do not pay me a penny extra. The other side of this meaning is that my commercial photography might be go to an end. But I believe that this is a good news. Leaving this company will make me a stronger and better photographer, since I can work on the pictures I like. I do not need to scout for at least 50 models for them to pick. To arrange this and that for them. So I say goodbye to the old bad things and welcome to the new good ones. :)

Today, it was the end of Annie's Europre trip. In the past two months, Annie travelled around in Europe. Mostly, she was alone. I wish I could travel with her. To company and protect her. But my career did not allow me to do this decision. Luckily, I managed to plan a trip to Prague. That was our first and also the only one trip we had done.

Most of the time, Annie was travelling. I offered my place for her to stay. I am very happy she accepts my offer. I think it was a bit unusual for Annie to stay at my place. When she saw my room, she said, "why is your room so big mess?" My poor friend had to stay in a messy place. I hope I can offer her a better place next time...if that will come....

Now that Annie was left, I felt a bit unusual. I cleaned my room (again) and it became very empty. While cleaning my room, I saw some stuff that Annie left. They are her slippers and towel. How can a woman forget her 'shoes'?

Altough Annie traveled a lot, I miss her present tonight. During her days in Holland, I introduced some of my friends to her. While my friends were teasing me with "when will you get a girlfriend?", Annie kept my secret: not let others know I have a target already. Thanks Annie! :)

I dedicate this blog entry for you. Hope this will recap some of your great memories of Europe. :)

How should I read the map? I think after travelling in Europe for two months, now you should be very familiar with finding your way. Yes, you are pointing the place/apartment where I live now. Re-look at this picture when you come to Holland again. ;)

You are such a lucky girl! Before you moved out of Holland, you can participate the annual BIG event of Rotterdam: Wereldhavendagen. This event ended with fireworks. While you were sitting and looking at the firework, I took a picture for you to remember this day.

I brought you to one of my good friend's house: Lili! I am a lucky guy, since I am surrounded by many and many good friends from all kinds of roots. You might know how good my friends are. Lili and Samuel brought us to Kinderdijk to see the windmills. Samuel was your free tour guide that day, hehehe...

It is very hard to meet up with Faruk. But we manage to see him. Time can change someone's life totally. The first time, you met him, he was a single guy. Now this guy is married and moving to Berlin for his PhD.

The last before you left, we went to Amsterdam. There, we met Min Hui. Maybe you girls can catch up when she goes to Singapore again. Annie, smile more. Your smile is definitely your killing weapon. ;)

Finally, three of us managed to do a short trip. Annie, keep the print out version carefully! I just realised that I didn't buy you a gift. I must be a very bad friend of yours. :p Working on Photoshop till 3AM could not be forgiven. :P

Byebye la Annie! Please remember all of us when you are back. I am sure your life will change a lot after your trip. Try put a smile to face to the difficulties! Stay positive! Altough, we live so far away from each other, you can always knock on my door for anything!!!
