Since a few years ago, I work in Amsterdam every Monday. At the beginning months working at AP is quite fresh. Every thing is new to me, but I notice very soon that something is wrong in this company. The most obvious thing is the abscent of the unity. Although you suppose to work as a team, there are smells in the air that the teamwork/unity is only a "moral".

Now, after more than 2 years working at Albumprinter, my motivation to work good or hard is totally gone. In the past few weeks, my (Quality Control) manager is fired. Some of the higher managers did quit the job. Does Albumprinter has a financial problem? Nope, since they make a huge profit last year.

The most incredible thing is the announcement of last Friday. Our CEO get fired too! From Monday on, we get a new CEO. I do wonder how long this biggest company in printing photobooks can still hold. In my opinion, some of the higher managers cannot be missed. But somehow, for an unknown reason, the shareholders or the CEO let them go.

When I discuss the leaving of the CEO with Bou, he said that many people at Albumorinter are very unhappy. It is not because of that people were leaving or that we lost our CEO, but it is because of they are pushed to do impossible things. That means, many OTs and inner madness at their bosses.

I do not know how Albumprinter would be with the new CEO. He seemed to be a very great guy in business. I only hope that I can beat Albumprinter, no matter if they have a new and very wellknown CEO in business, since I want to start IT business in printing books and take their market over later. :P

This weekend, I was looking around for a legal version of Windows XP Pro retail version and Adobe Photoshop CS4. Adobe Photoshop Pro CS4 costs me 500euro and currently I still do not find a good deal for Windows. Slowly, my photography makes progress. :)

I have not been to home for 3 weeks. This weekend, I finally can stay at my sweet home. :)

This Friday, Henry got a test from a company (T-bra) in Amsterdam. While I was busy with my project, I decided to brig him there. It is so coincidentally that that company is located at the same building as Albumprinter, thus the company I work for as my part-time job.

Henry was quite nervous about the test. I said that he surely will have a great result since the test is only about IQ and logics, which for many engineers, especially electrical engineers, are a peace of cake. I can see on his face that he is not convinced.

As what I expected, he did the test quite well. He said that many other candidates did the test very bad. So, he thinks he might get a good chance. Let cross our fingers to hope for the best.

Right after the test in Amsterdam, we went to take the train. Since the train will arrive in 10-15mins, I did some snapshots at the Amsterdam Central Station, which you can see below:

Last weekend, I have a kind of gathering with Lynette, Hoiwan and Lili. This time, it is at Lynette's house. We played games again. There is one thing very sad to mention. Our men lost two times in a row from the ladies. I think, it must something has to do with 'gentlemen'. If we win, the ladies might say we were cheating...:P hehehe...Ya, I know.....I writing nonsense now. Anyway, here I took a groupphoto!

After playing games, we went to play sports. Henry was playing pingpong while I played badminton. My eyes are kind of aching me which I sometimes cannot see very clearly. I think the lenses are not very good now. That is also why I wear glasses this week.

While I took a break and when I talked to Hoiwan, she says she will married next year. :) Ya, Hoiwan is the second girl from the left in the groupphoto (black dressing shirt). Besides her is her boyfriend Rutger. :) I was very happy to hear that news.

Then, at the same evening, Lili says she will marry this year September. Waaah,.....it is really amazing! All of them make progress in love area, while I stuck in...uuhhh...in what? :P

Today, guess what?! Lele comes along while I have a photoshooting in Delfzijl. Yesterday, when I arrived at home, my mom told me that Lele is in The Netherlands since her relatives marriage. Lisa, Lele's mom, called my mom this week. They stayed in Holland till 30th before they fly back to Portugal. I didn't know that Lele comes along today. Else, I will not go to shooting.

Is Lele changed? Yes she is! She is now taller but also very fatty now. Her cute face is still there. And she is still the smartie girl I know. My brother gave her Nitendo DS to play. She can draw very well. I asked her whether she remembers me and she says, I don't know who you are. This korkor seems to be bad...I am not able to leave some foodprints in her heart.

The funny thing is is that Lele's younger sister, Leena, looks like Lele when she was 2,5! Leena had her own look till I see her again today. I showed Lele, Leena and Lisa the pictures I took from Lele when she stayed at our place. Lele could not recognise herself and she said that Leena was in the picture. Her mom was also kind of shocked by watching the pics, since Lele and Leena really do like the same.

I had a talk with Lisa about how life is in Portugal. She seemed to get used of the live style there. Lele now goes to school and she starts learn Portugese (is this correct?). I really hope that Lele can bring me more visits in the future...

Anyway, I have here some shots from today's photoshooting. This time, the mother of the kids ask me to shoot their kids. Why do they target me???

It is very funny to meet Laura again! My first Modellicious model shooting was with Laura.
We hadn't seen each other for almost 1 year. It seemed that that day was her first day of
shooting, which is the same as me. Today it is her and mine second time joining the club.


This is Laura's friend, Dianne. It is not easy to shoot her since she has zero experience
in shooting and her body is huge (not fat tough).

Now, I try with studio shooting sexy shooting. I asked Aletta whether she wants to do glamour shooting. I notice that she is not very "comfortable" in sexy shooting. That day, she was also very tired. The pictures did not turned out as what I want. Hopefully, next time I will not disappoint her and myself.

This week, I ask a new model to come along to my place for shooting. She is a very sexy model. I mean, she feel very convenient in sexy posing. This week, it is also my first lingerie shooting. I hope I can have more of lingerie shooting since they can add a new look in my portfolio.

It has been more than two weeks I have been waiting for response of my supervisors after I handle in my second draft of my thesis and a list of components that I want to order to build my circuit. I want to prove that I am the guy who knows the best of how things work. The frustrations of my thesis really irritates me so much. My supervisor promises me to order the components I want, but it seems that he didn't order at all because he is sick. How difficult is it to pass the list I create in Excel with all essential information for ordering to one of his colleagues? Because I think my supervisors waste my time, I take my move to go to the old man who is from financial department to ask him a favor: do the order for me.

While I was waiting, I was helping a student from my group with programming in C. I see many problems that I previously have encountered. Luckily I can solve all that problems with a few clicks. Else, he will waste months for searching and looking around for solutions.

This weekend, I also will stay in Rotterdam, since tomorrow I will bring Henry and others to Amsterdam for career event. Hopefully they all will have a nice job after visiting this big event.

Last night, I chatted with Henry about his previous relationship. It starts when I ask him why his current girlfriend calls him so many times. In the afternoon his girlfriend will give him a call. And at night, she will ring him again. During the day, Henry will be spammed by his girlfriend's sms. If I have such a girlfriend, then I might kill myself. :P Henry says, that I will be fine since you will get used of it.

It is very interesting to see the difference in relationship of the Western and the Asian culture. Here, in The Netherlands, we like to be free when we are in relationship. We both appreciate and understand each others way of life. There is no need to call 24h/7days/52weeks/12months. In Asia, no call can be missed. Besides, the Asian girls want you to become mr. Perfect. Henry says that you must get A++ for all the things you for her. If you dare to get a A+, then you can smell the fire on the root. Now, I just realise why the Singaporean girls have the 5C's requirements. The 5 C's are just a warming up or the "Yes, I do!" contract that we, as men, have to sign for suffering of our whole life.

I notice also that I am totally not ready to start any potential relationships. This is not because I don't to suffer, but it is that I do not find any girl who I like to suffer for. Henry admires me of my dreams. I have a goal in my life, which he says it is a good thing. Many people will stuck in usual pattern: gf, saving, house, saving marriage, saving, kids and so on....

What is his and her story about? Well, last night talk, I explore more and more about Henry previous relationship. I do have a lot of pity for his ex-girlfriend. The breakup is because Henry cannot stand out of how his ex-girlfriend is. In relationship, you really need to know how to cherish each other. From my personal environment, I see many breakups because one cannot accept or want to give each other (anymore). There are things in life that you cannot change. No matter how hard you try. This has to do with the way how you are educated or in the environment you have grown up. I do think it is a great pity for Henry and for his ex that their relationship reached the destination. But when Henry says that his current relationship is better than the previous one, this end might be good for him and hopefully also for his ex. I really want to help his ex to get out of the bad things she suffer. But this is actually not my business.....

It has been almost 3 years that I saw Henry. This week, he flies over to Holland for visiting me and looking for job. When I was waiting for him in Schiphol and when he came out of the terminal, I see a big he. As Cindy told me: "My korkor becomes serious fat." I confirm this with my own eyes. The first thing he asked me is "我是不是很胖啊？". If I examine him carefully, he is indeed very fat. His fat is located at the place where men usually cannot avoid: the stomach. I asked him how come he becomes so fat. His answer is already answered by my cousin Huat, who also turned into a fatty many years ago. "It is simply of lack of exercise and simply eat, eat and eat."

So far, I did not bring Henry around the hotspots in Holland. The only things he has seen are Rotterdam city centre, my room, Delft, Utrecht and Groningen. I took him to Utrecht, because I brought him to the Nobiles Career event. After the career event, we went to Groningen.

Here in Groningen, I showed him the city centre and today I bring him to swimming pool. I hope he will not feel bored here in this little country. :P
