Ryan makes me so proud! He works out everyday for 30-40 minutes on the bike and takes the dogs for a long walk. As you can see in the TV, he watches the Simpsons while riding the bike! He is trying really hard to lose some weight before school starts. Ryan is a lot like me! We are both emotional eaters and love food! So it is really important to me to see him make healthy choices in his eating and exercising.
Way to go Ryan!! Wouldn't it be nice if this could all be a phase but healthy choices is something that people of all ages have to deal with. I am jumping back on the diet bandwagon today - and you are a true inspiration! That plus my girlfriend in the UK just got me the most awful unflattering bridesmaid dress that I have to squeeze into by September :) Darn that baby weight all 50 pounds of it! Keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteI accidently deleted my last post. I was just trying to correct the spelling of a word!! oopss... what I said before was that I'm very impressed and inspired by Ryan. What a difficult thing to get yourself to do when it's so darn hot here right now. Kudos to Ryan and Kudos to mom for teaching such great habits he will hold onto for the rest of his life!! Way to go mom!
