summer vacation

I used to think summer vacation was a break for the kids. But it's really for the teachers. Teaching is hard work. You have to create lessons ,teach them, grade them, and after all that, you have to put up with about 25 kids who don't want to learn. It gives me a head ache just thinking about it!
This reminds me a substitute. When you're of these, kids think they can do whatever they want.
But kids need a break too. If you think about it, principals work all summer. When there's no kids to get trouble! This made me wonder, why are they always getting into too much of your business? Last year, they were concerned about fifth graders having facebook accounts. I realized they cause trouble, but if our parents will let us have one, that's their decision.

Well, that was my first review. I thought I should also tell you about my birthday. It was a blast! I had a sleepover birthday party with my friends and got tons of cool presents. Thanks everyone!

Sorry I've not posted in a long time. A lot has changed since my last post. I'm now going into my second year of level five in gymnastics and soon my first year of middle school at DMS. gymnastics has been tough because I'm just getting out of Sever's (a heel injury) However, this week I got to vault for the first time in about a month.
My summer's been going great! We've been to the pool a ton and I've had some sleepovers. I like having a break from school and I'm super excited for middle school. I'll have all probe(accelerated) classes but accelerated probe math and science at Dacula Middle School. I'll most likely have 4 teachers and 6 periods.
I'm sure what to say, so good bye! I hope you enjoyed my post! please leave comments!

Guess what! I'm switching rooms with my sister! This means I get a way bigger room! Of course, Madison will be moving downstairs which is huge. Today we are going to start moving.
In other news, I made my high bar kip on Thursday! Yesterday, I got my report card with straight A's! In Focus, I got all 4's except one 3+. Also yesterday, I tried to beat this kid in my class named Payton at the mile run. However, it didn't work out like that because he is tall and plays soccer.
Thank you for logging onto my blog. Did you like the new template I designed? Please come back soon. Bye!

5th Grade

Hello people who own computers....... I am in the 5th grade and I like chicken! The 5th grade is cool. My teacher is Ms. Dilworth and I go to Alcova. Next year I will be in middle school. So far we have already done two projects and now we are doing a book report which I have not even started yet. I do gymnastics at recess because I am that cool. I can beat all of the boys at chin ups! I hope you enjoyed my post. Goodbye!

Good morning people who own computers! This will be another blog from Kara. Sorry it's been so long since I updated my blog. Lately, I've been having a blast. Especially on my birthday. I had all my favorite things in one day. I had a chocolate cake and lots of cool presents. I got the game mastermind, an awesome CD, and a cool music box. I still can't believe I'm 10 years old.
The next day I had my birthday party. It was a sleepover with all my best friends. We had pizza for which everyone seemed to like. We did all sorts of cool crafts including one where we made magnets. After that, We had a dessert called fruit pizza. It's basically a giant cookie with cream cheese frosting and fruit on top. Overall, my party was a blast.
Now, I've been getting ready for school to start. Yesterday we went shopping for new school clothes. I got some new long denim shorts, an extremely awesome gray shirt, and some black converse. After we go to the school's open house on the 5th, we'll go shopping for school supplies. I can't believe I'm going to the 5th grade. Anyway, see you
later.

If you read my last post, thank you. If not, please read it now and return to this one. The level 5 coach liked me. I will be practicing with the level 5s next week.I'm very excited to be with them. Partly because two of my best friends are in that group.
Also, Madison should be home in about 40 minutes. I'm sure she had a great time at girls camp and will tell you all about it in her blog,my life and other tales, at www.madisonwheeler.blogspot.com. Her girls camp was shorter than usual and I'm sorry to say that my blog will be too.
until next time, Kara :)

Hello people who decided to read my blog! My name is Kara Ansley and I love to do gymnastics. Last year I competed level 4 at my old gym, Excel. They told me that I would probably have to repeat level 4, but I still wanted to do level 5. Now I am at a new gym. Yesterday was my first day there. I checked out the gym before, but now I am with a new group of girls because these girls were level 3 when I was there. Today the level 5 coach is going to come and see what she thinks of me.
In other news,Madison is gone at Girl's camp. It's kinda quiet around here, but my dad should be home in about an hour. From where? you ask. He works at Chairworks, as you know. Apparently someone fell out of one of their chairs and is now suing Chairworks. He had to go to court with them in New York to tell everyone that it wasn't their fault. I asked my dad to get me a slice of pizza from NYC, but i dought he will. He also went to Massachusetts while out of town.
I hope you enjoyed this post. See you later, bye! P.S(It took me about 30 minutes to write this) :P
