i had a mini series of national day celebration this week.
just because it's my first day off in the past 6 weeks.
i BADLY needed a break.
work has been so~~~~ stressful that i've been breaking out like crazy!
anyhow, the celebration started off with korean bbq dinner at ju shin jung which is just opposite haw par villa on national day's eve.
no doubt it was such a huge spread,
the food was just average.
but.
the maggi mee inside the kimchi hot pot was worth mentioning.
it just tasted oh so good.
on national day itself, i was out shopping in town with my bro and winnie.
i didn't manage to buy much but it was still very enjoyable.
duh?
bright red nails with my latest haul from hong kong.
i may feature my new bag soon.
my overdue birthday present.
oh, she's such a lovely beauty!
that's about all there is to my mini series of celebration.
i'm now looking forward to my next day off, 24th aug!
before i end, here's the spice girls cd i digged out.
i heard their 'wannabe' song at the end of a particular olympics gymnastics event and went digging for the cd soon after.
and..
it seems like spice girls will be performing at the olympics closing event.
woot.
by the way, i 'kop-ed' this cd from meng jiujiu years ago.
sorry, i don't have any intention of returning it to him.
haha.
oh yes.
talking about olympics gymnastics.
isn't marcel nguyen just so good looking?
he's probably the most shuai participant i've seen so far.
in my opinion that is.
