A Canvas Of Snow
We got our first heavy snow storm on Saturday of the season !
I love how the crisp fresh fallen snow makes the land and colours just pop !
How the snow glitters in the sun shine !
And how the snow sticks to everything !
Including our dog Miggs !
Winter is upon us and even though it is cold and we may not like it to much , there is one way to enjoy it and that's take photos and work with it like a new canvas !

A Day With The Amish
Ken and I did a photo shoot at an Amish clients farm photographing his horses he wants to sell . This is the second Amish family we have done this for and they were recommend by the first we did photos for so now we are known through out the Amish community as the ones to call for their horse photos . I love their farms and all the old equipment they have hanging around .
They had three horses to be sold so we both took standing photos of each one and then they hooked them up one at a time to a cart and we took photos of them in action .
These are just some of the photos I took as we both respect their wishes as not to show their full faces any photos we do use they will be taken out , good old photo shop and Kens expertise !
They had a farm dog named Speckles that was such a sweetie and followed Ken and I around as we were taking photos .
As I was waiting for them to change horses to cart and hook them up I was taking photos of the area and farm !
We had a good time at the Amish farm taking photos and enjoyed all there was to see and talk to some really nice folk !
