wisdom teeth

i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday! i was a little nervous because i have heard some horror stories, but luckily it wasn't that bad. the drugs didn't make me loopy (that was a let down) and the pain killers didn't make my sleepy (that was a let down too). I am a little puffy and bruised, but overall my wisdom teeth experience isn't that bad. i was going to post some pictures but every picture i took was completely nasty and not worthy to blog! hahaha.

primary rocks!

for those of you who don't know i teach primary and i love it! i teach the ctr 5 class and my class is basically awesome. my kids are so cute! they are always making me laugh and are so sweet! today in class part of the lesson was to write missionaries. so, i asked them to color pictures for my best friend blake who is serving his mission in mexico and to my grandparents who are serving in the north asia missions and are station in Japan. here is my class coloring their pictures and their finished products. one girl wasn't there today, but just imagine one more cute little girl! basically primary rocks!

Afton's b-day!

scavenger adventure!

a couple nights ago we went on a scavenger hunt and it was so much fun! we thought up a good list, invited some friends over, split up into two teams, and had a blast! afton, cody, and becky were on my tean and we won! yay! here are few of the pics from our sacavenger adventure!

happy 4th of july! this is a shout out to this wonderful country i love. god bless america! the land of the free and the brave! shout out to my man thomas jefferson author of the declaration of indepedence and to all of the other founding fathers. thanks to these inspired men (and women) who weren't afraid to think and share their ideas. here are some trivia questions regarding the declaration of independence!
