The product is called Body By Vi. I was introduced to it by Hailey Young (Johnson). She and her sister and a few other people I know are also using the product and doing the challenge. So I will be having two shakes a day in place of meals and eating one healthy meal and a couple healthy snacks between shakes. I am going to put all effort and faith into making this product work. I am also planning on following the exercise plan they give for 90 days which is at least 30 minutes of cardio and switching in some weights every other day. That is just the minimum I will be doing though. I found a new class at Golds that is crazy hard and causes all kinds of soreness lol. It's called Ripped so I plan to attend that class and a cycling class at least once a week each if not twice a week. Hopefully, with the combination of these exercises and the product I will be able to make some huge changes.
This time I'm going to post every 10 days and give updates on how the product is working and helping me. It is supposed to give you a lot of energy too so I'm excited to see the overall effect. So by the end of this challenge there should be 9 more posts! Hope you are all excited to read. :) I hope I don't disappoint you or myself. I also want post the visible changes for you so I will be adding pictures every 30 days. Hopefully we will all see some great changes.
