not a new song.. many (or rather most) of us have watched this MV. but somehow whenever i watch this MV somehow this sad feeling hits my heart.. seems like somehow i can feel for the MV and the lyrics.

full troop's over! that means.. no more outfield till ATEC! alrights.. (but there's still gonna be mapex i think :( sobs)

anyway the thing i dont like about any exercise is the prep. burning your precious weekend to come back to camp to prep last minute.. drawing overlays on maps and trying to tidy up a room that's impossible to be cleaned up unless all the int work is done.. sighs. but surprisingly it was much smoother this time round thanks to the experiences gained in the last exercise.. when to rest and when to work haha. but staying up late till 2 3 am to plan for the 1st mission and subsequently setting up swimming screen for our BX to cross some river is pretty tiring still. but nevertheless i managed to survive for the 3 days.. goodness.

alot of things happened over the 2 weeks that i havent blog but somehow i cant seem to remember most of them (damn my memroy). the only thing i remembered was that i cut my hand while cutting some carugated (spelling?) cardboard thingy. stupidity factor i must say. had mapex till late in the morning and continued the next day. by the 2nd day afternoon i was so tired that i kept sleeping while doing anything. which somehow led to the accident. cus i fell asleep while cuttin the cardboard and TADA i sliced the cutter across my finger instead of the cardboard. DAMN it was such a gory scene.. esp for someone who's pretty scared of blood =X but yea it's better now except that the wound is still an open one after 1 week and i can still see my flesh inside (aka my skin was somehow detached from my flesh)

off on monday.. a well-deserved break. for me to chill out and charge up and gear up for ATEC.

a well-deserved 4-day break!

and what do you do when u know u are getting at least 300 bucks? (200 for marksman and 100 for gst credits) and not to forget the $50 worth of increment in pay after july and ultimately another payrise due to us being 2nd year soldiers...

you go on a shopping spree!

yea man.. after book out on wed.. me cj and josh headed down to orchard for retail therapy.. yea it rocks man. esp for me.. my week could be said as extremely long (i wasted my sat away sleeping and had duty on sunday which meant my week was basically from 21 may to 30 may.. 10 days!!) needed to chill out and hanging out with our fellow all star specs teamates was the right thing to do..

from far east to lucky plaza and then from shaw centre wheelock place.. we managed to comb most of the shops around orchard mrt! but sadly we didnt manage to find anything that we wanted.. but still alot of fun trying out new clothes and bags.. etc

cj decided to ask me out again on vesak day. this time with nic and ben.. we went to marina square to shop again! woot.. shopping spree shopping spree.. finally bought some clothes that im happy with..

met up with soon kian sherman wanzhen and yisin on fri.. this time at chompchomp.. good food and good company.. enjoyed my night as we caught up with the juniors.. wanted the idea of a senior-junior class gathering but it seemed to be not feasible.. sigh. anyways we chilled until quite late ba.. around 10+ and wanzhen kept embarrassing me for the whole night! or rather i think i made a fool out of myself (as usual again).. grr..

went to visit gtan on sunday!! the turnout was not bad.. around 15 or 16 pple went.. her baby was so cute! haha.. and omg her 1st kid is like 4 year old already.. i could still remember when we 1st visited her kaylee was still a small baby.. anyways we caught up with her. glad to note that we still visit her after so long (4 years.. dont remind me.. j4 already.. OLD) and know that she's doing fine. seriously she's like leading a pretty good life it seems.. 2 kids before 30.. still so young and beautiful and rich.. stable career.. so envious..

we left around evening and headed to holland v.. went to eski bar to chill out. like LITERALLY CHILL OUT when the temperature inside is like -6 to -7 deg.. never felt so cold before.. ears felt painful and my nose just ran uncontrollably.. but still a great experience. too bad i couldnt join for the dinner cus had to book in already.. sigh.

100607:

a good start to the week, a bad end. with my 2 days off taken away when others got it for good results for stage 1 i couldnt help but yelping and grumbling the whole day on friday. sorry to those whom i have pissed off with my nonstop cursing yesterday. cant help it man.. mapex coming, the heat is on and everyone booked out before lunch while i only got to book out in the evening thanks to the maps.. haish that's life ba. but i didnt clear my 1/2 day off so yups not so bad..

but of course.. what a way to end the workweek by chilling out late at night with your friends! the night at lollipops saved the day! we were supposed to reach there at 1030pm but somehow the majority reached there at midnight -.- we bought a bottle and started getting ourselves high, and played alot of stupid games.. k-ed throughout the night, and drank even more.. heeheehee.. everyone was just grinning happily at the end of the session at 3+.. 1/2 of us (including me) was like mabo already and look at you BEN look at you.. cant even walk properly still say u are sane.. tsk tsk.. i went home after that while the rest went to clark quay to chill out even more. and BEN i remembered clearly i said goodbye to you and patted on your shoulder ok! and u just grinned at me.. and now u said u dont remember i say goodbye... apparently u really mabo already loh still deny -.-

by the time i reached home.. really sgeh already.. dont really know what happened.. just lied on my bed and it was IMMEDIATE KO until next day.. i think noon. hurhur.. and my dad complained that my room smelled of alcohol.. like DUH

that's all for now.. going to book in.. not looking forward to this week man.. it's mapex for the whole week, booking in at sunday to do stuffs and monday's our fulltroop. OH MAN
