it has been another short but eventful week..

immediately after my off i got to enjoy another day of 'holiday' again. this time being our cohesion at east coast. tiring but fun i should say.. havent kayaked for very long already. had lots of fun capsizing every single kayak on the sea haha! and what a bbq at the end of the day.. it wld have been perfect if not for the sudden rain near the end of the bbq.. but still we had lots of fun kicking sand and getting our bodies sunburnt.. =S

route march on friday. it started off fine. 8km in SBO shld be a stroll in the park. but NO IT HAD TO RAIN. A DOWNPOUR. walk until very pekcek.. trying to keep my morale up and hoping that my handphone wont get shortcircuited in the rain (YES I WAS SO STUPID TO BRING MY HP ALONG WITH ME FOR THE MARCH AND I DIDNT WATERPROOF IT -___-)

but in the end all went well.. the 8k seemed shorter than it lasted and my handphone was fine. the only bad thing now is that im down with a stupid flu (AGAIN and yes u dont have to remind me that im ill) nevertheless i went to eat dimsum with some of the guys yesterday.. quite fun. got to walk walk at vivo before watching..

200 pounds beauty!! oh man look at her.. isnt she chio? ^^ anyway the movie's nice! was touched at the end.. esp when she broke down at the concert and.. ok i shall stop here in case you guys call me a spoiler..

tmr's family day at safra.. hope it will be fun and im certainly praying hard that my flu will recover asap!

it's ages since i've blogged. many things happen but somehow they just happen to slip must my mind.. maybe they're not worth remembering bah..

outfield came and went.. 4 days seemed so short yet eternal. was working like an owl (i.e. sleep in the day and work at night).. luckily there was enough sleep everyday so at least when it ended i wasnt that zombified (i.e. can still maintain a minimin level of sanity haha) but i was so tramautised at the end when i realised my helmet was infested by red ants. and i only realised that when i was about to wear my helmet! EEK it was so disgusting man.. i tried to whack off the ants but to no avial and they decided to infest the whole trooper compartment.. so basically on the way back camp the many of us were fighting a battle between humans and ants -__-

of course the almighty homo sapiens won the battle but at the expense of me losing my face TOTALLY after my men saw me screaming around like a little girl trying to chase off ants -_____________- ARHHHHHHHH

caught 2 movies in 2 weekends.. sunshine and fracture. both are not bad shows.. just that i think fracture has a very stupid plot and they just managed to drag this single plot for 2 hours plus. on the other hand sunshine is not bad.. it's one of those movies that got me thinking.. what happens if the sun really dies.. what will happen to the world..

went to listen to the juniors rehearse for their big day ytd.. i dont think i shld reveal alot of content about this hear in case some pple read it and make some noise at someone else's tagboards and somehow i become the scapegoat for it. but the bottom line is that u guys have the capital and u shld make full use of it.. im sure u guys will do well!

one last thing: i cleared 2nd year ippt.. with a gold! :D :D although my 2.4 timing is quite wicked.. 0944. so on the dot man!! if the guy pressed my timing 1 sec slower... i would curse him and choke him already!! but nevertheless.. yea man! NO MORE IPPT!!

and so i've heard. chinese high didnt get GWH. and all the complaints that the juniors have made about students from a particular school that was claimed to have scorned them and laughed at them for not having achieved results as commendable as the latter.

and so i've seen for myself. all the "we-will-do-it-2-years-later" messages. all the requests for me to accept the display pics (oh whatever)

im glad that the juniors have this strong determination to fight back after their not-so-impressive-but-still-commandable performance last week. but telling me to accept the display pics so as to bond the seniors and juniors together is just so... ridiculous. if not bullshit. i m sorry if that sounds harsh but i just dont see how 1 single display pic is enough to unite the seniors and juniors together..

i have to admit that im not that attached to TCHSCO (now known as HCICO) than i used to in the past. just face it. i dont know anybody from there and i guess the instructors and conductors probably have forgotten about me. or maybe it's CO in general now that i am in the army..

and regarding the comments hurled to my grandjuniors by others and subsequently the little tension between the both schools.. i would like to say. GROW UP. i've seen enough of this throughout the 3 SYFs that i have experienced. 6 years already.. it's the 4th time that i am listening to this and by this time im quite.. sian of it already. all this so-called rivalry is nothing but nonsense i tell u. all the monkey things that small kids do.. mark my words to those who have booed and shamed and those who have affected. reflect on this when u have turned older.. and i bet u guys will just laugh it off like that. i looked back on my syf days where rivalry between chinese high and other schools like ny and dunman were intense. but come to think of it.. it's all part of growing up. ha!

well jc syf is next. hope my juniors do well.. they have a stronger batch than ours so i dont see why they cant do it. but then again it seems like the CO arena in singapore is getting stronger as well.. so. jiayou guys!

i realise that im smiling (not to talk laughing) less often. is this a common sign of maturity? i am starting to see that many of my friends are laughing less often. if that's a sign of maturity then i'd rather not turn 20..

it has been a bad week for me and i think it can only go worse. the week started off well with a wonderful scolding for 10 mins by our see ass am.. after which he realised it wasnt my mistake at all -_-. fine.. in summary this week has been nothing but draining to the mind. all the preparation for next week's outfield is killing me. i really hoped at that point of time that i could practise 分身术 and be at more than 1 place at once. in office, in map planning room, in ops store, in vshed..

i have been making the MPR my 2nd home these few weeks, spending almost every night in there. nights have been long and it seem to go on forever but thanks to the music in the laptop life has been more interesting in there. all the songs that make u wanna dance and groove to the music. had fun swinging my butt and yau ching lee's butt the other time until lion king entered the MPR and caught us in action. HA! u shld see our faces! they have the "OH NO WE GOT FOUND OUT!" look..

to summarise my life is now a piece of shit. the light at the end of the tunnel seems to come.. but why aint i there yet.

tired.. totally tired. hope good friday's a good friday for me to rest and recharge for next week's outfield..
