finally caught a movie after so long. after all it's the movie season.

seriously the movie's so-so.. maybe it will be more appealing to the youth. but for us army guys.. i think it's ok lah. simple plot (maybe too simple) and not much kick (or punch) in the movie. but i have to say that the character looks cool and i like the CG effects.
this would be the part where i felt was the most cool part in the movie. the previus and current ghost rider. sorry man but i feel that the horse is more powerful than the bike. imagine the horse running at the same speed as the bike.. that's what i call horsepower man. very hard to find the screenshot neh.
overall.. dont think it's worth a weekend movie. but hey i caught it for 7.50 so it isnt so bad... hope i have more time to watch more movies but hai i have COS tmr. yawns.. short update. going to rest..

the class finally met up again at chu san! sadly gtan wasnt available as she had to rest at home.. but thanks to kaixian and family! had fun visiting your house :) but wasnt really feeling that well so didnt really enjoyed myself that much. but nevertheless i appreciated the company.. too bad there wasnt a photo to keep. nvm we'll meet up again when gtan gives birth!
nothing much to update.. it's a wonderful time to have block leave after CNY.. waking up at 9am everyday is considered heaven for me. it has been quite a while since i am able to slouch and lie on the sofa watching tv nonstop from morning to afternoon (apart from mealbreaks).. the feeling's absolutely heaven. and thanks to all the nuaing i m having a speedy recovery! hope my flu recovers by tmr! i dont want sniff all the way on sat when i do my duty..

yesterday was a great day! went shopping with the guys. supposedly for gtan's present but in the end we also went to shop for our cny clothes but to no avail. but hey! who cares! the company was great.. 1 great boyfriend + 5 bachelors.. what can we talk about? girls sex cars and money! woots!! we shopped all the way from 1pm to erm.. night? and then had dinner at chompchomp before chilling out at a nearby pub while watching the reading villa match. it would have been more perfect if i wasnt late.. but hey! 31 bucks of lunch.. worth it right? :D
today was a tiring day.. had to clear 5 episodes of 萤火虫的梦 plus 2 episodes of 白色巨塔.. only managed to clear the 萤火虫的梦 episodes.. cant wait for the final episode but SIAN I HAVE COS DUTY! yawns.

voyager brought about a new experience to outfield. imagine having pork chop, curry noodles and coke for dinner instead of combat rations. imagine taking out your wet boots and socks and placing them on the engine hatch of the BX to dry and airing your feet during tactical halt. ha! outfield nv felt so shiok before! but of course there were the bad times too... like staying up late till 4am everyday to draw maps and overlays. clocking a new record of 6 hrs over the 4 days 3 nights.. yes 4 days 3 nights instead of 7 days 6 nights! cus we are not involved in the 2nd and 3rd mission! ahha! :D
anyway.. what was more important to me was that i felt a closer bonding towards my men. the many times that we worked hard together to set up the command post. the many times that we will talk cock all the way until 4am just to keep us awake (more like to keep me awake cus i would tend to doze off while drawing the overlays). the many times that we cooked together and ate all the good food inside the tonner. cheers!
now i think i know what being a commander means. it's not just about commanding the men. yes we task the men to do things. but what's more important is that we work hand in hand with them. experience the hardwork together and savour the sweet success. and in order to command respect for them.. we have to gain their respect too. thanks guys!

voyager tmr. seriously im not looking foward to it.. 7 days outfield. has been a while since im out for 7 days. that's not really bad.. the worst part is that my weekends are burnt and i will be drawing maps at 3am evreyday for the whole week T.T im gonna become a nocturnal animal already.. damn it X_X
nothing much to update for this week anyways. just alot of running. ippt training on monday, branch pt on tues, soc training on wednesday and soc pacing with staff barry on thurs. my legs feel as though they are going to break anytime..
moral of the story: im so unfit. need to train up soon... eugene u can get your ippt gold back! 200 bucks! RAWRRRRRRRRRRR
