It feels great to blog after such a long time... Well, today what I am feeling is beyond description because I have been promoted to Year 12 after successfully completing Year 11 in junior college. At least I can proudly say that my efforts studying for finals has finally paid off (: Yet I do not feel entirely satisfied because I know that this is not the end! I have just managed to clear one hurdle and another one will be approaching exactly one year from now... So even though I know I have six weeks of vacation coming up, now is not the time for me to take on a holiday job. Yes, I shall relax after ten torturous months, BUT I shall not let the holiday spirit take over me completely. This is the time for me to brush up on those weak areas of mine and the perfect what can be perfected over the entire vacation...
Another good news is that the eight months long Project Work journey has finally come to an end! We had the last examinable section today which was the Oral Presentation and I can say that without doubt that it went well... In all I can say that this entire PW journey was a bitter sweet one. There were times when thing got so frustrating that we simply felt like giving up and there were also times when we enjoyed each other's company so much that we never felt like ending the meetings (:
The best part of it all is that I shall be going to bombay exactly two weeks from now! Woohoo!! Haha, this is something I have been looking forward to for months and its finally coming true... Last year we toured major cities in Rajasthan such as Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaipur AND this year it shall be the Maharastra state :) Happiness beyond the description of words...
Anywayzz, I better get back to writing my Insights & Reflections and then it will off to a much deserved good night rest!
Till next time...

FULL FORCE AHEAD!!!
Hello (: Ok, so I admit I have not had the time to blog lately and at most all I can manage right now is one post per week. But what can I do???? This week has been entirely ALL WORK AND NO PLAY. ONLY three more days to Hindi A Levels which is this coming monday and seven days to Project Work Oral Presentaion Examinations which begin next week on friday! On the bright side, my group submitted our Written Report yesterday and I can tell you that we feel so much relaxed but then again this is not the END!
Honeslty describing my situation to you, I am stressed, exhausted, worried, tensed, tired and loads more. This tuesday was the extreme because I came back home at 11 at night after being out of the house for 17 complete hours. Sigh, the day all this comes to an end, will be the day I shall be in absolute BLISS...
Putting aside all the negativity for a while, lets talk about the positive things in life. This eight month long project work experience has transformed me into a much more patient and understanding person. It has also made me realise the importance of working togther as one group which has no 'I' in it and that effective communication is a MUST if we want to get things going smoothly and quickly. I have also learnt to manage my time between project work, my studies and friends and family more effectively. Hopefully, all of this will come in handy by the time I reach university level.
Before I forget, I know that we celebrated Diwali almost 2 weeks ago but below are some of the pictures of the decorations that I did. [Neena Chachi this is for you as you requested to see the pictures of the rangoli that I made...]

Departure!
SHAREEN IS LEAVING FOR CAMBRIDGE IN DEC FOR 2 YRS!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the worst news i've heard this week :( It is soooo sad! We've been friends for 5 whole years and now she is leaving?????????? sigh..... At least she is not going for good, she'll be back in time for university which is definitely better than leaving forever knowing that u'll never see them again. Had a nice heart to heart talk with her wednesday nite, which felt surprisingly good despite the fact that I am still upset with her for telling me sooo late when she has known this for 6 months!!! I never understand why is it soo hard to say goodbye... I guess this is what you call the bond of love....We shall be having a surprise party for her at Tanglin Club on 1st dec in her farewell... But before that I shall be meeting her to have lunch together as well as coffee at Starbucks :)
School currently is getting more and more tiring day by day! Written report is due on monday, which means we only have 3 days to perfect the entire report! I really can't wait for all of this to end! I also just found out yesterday that the JC1 Outdoor Adventure Camp is from 18th-20th Nov, meaning that I shall be away from home during those three days together with all of my mates :)
I finally watched Dil Bole Hadippa almost one month after the movie was released. Not too bad I can say... BUT I would love to dance like shahid!!!!!!!!!! He is an AWESOME dancer...
I think I better get back to work now, more next time folks!!! (:

Let the Intensive Preparation begin...
So the intensive training has begun... Can't believe i spent 9 hours doing project work!!! =.= So sian... Anywayzz went to sch as usual at 6 in the morning and spent most almost the entire journey sleeping cuz i was in no mood to study as exams are over. Well after that met jess and jacinda in the canteen before going for assembly where we got our new timetable for the upcoming one month or so and i can tell u one thing that it is going to be hectic like hell!
After assembly went off to the lecture theatre for the start of OP Clinic. The first one was on fluency and clarity where we watched a video on Ris Low. In case you are wondering, Ris Low was crowned Miss Singapore this year and she was suppose to represent Singapore for the Miss Universe contest this year which is being held in South Africa in november but due to the credit card frauds which she committed she was removed from the title. Lately she has been a centre of gossip for many Singaporeans due to her use of SINGLISH. You know people may find it very amusing to speak singlish cause they are able to entertain those aorund them but i feel that it is very important for us to speak proper english in order to survive in this increasingly competitive gloabalized world. If we can't be understood by the people around us then we ought to be aware that our style of speaking is wrong and that if we do not do anything bout it now it might pose to be a bigger threat in the future.
Anyway after that we had break where i went to join my whole indian gang in school. its been ages since i last hung out with them, was a nice change though. Sheliza, one of my closest friends in school, is always a pleasure to talk to. It is surprising that i am always able to share every small thing that is going on in my life with her without any hesitation. I am seriously very glad to have her as a part of my life, sometimes i really wonder what i would do without her.
After lunch it was consultation for Project work all the way till 6 in the evening. But then again besides working on our written report we did not do anything productive cause the whole group was in a non-working mood and we ended up gossiping and fooling around with Huiping's MacBook Pro. (: And then Zac left early cause he wanted to play soccer with his guy friends. You know one thing i don't understand is that what is with guys and playing soccer, like they can never be seperated. Yes i agree that watching and playing soccer at times can be fun PLUS Torres and Ronaldo are HOTT!!! haha, but guys practically eat breathe and live soccer. Sigh, just a another weird obsession of the male community i guess!
Well i guess that is all for this time folks, if i had my way i would go on and on cause people if you know me well then u also would know how much i love to talk. But i'm quite exhausted today and i have another longgggg day 2moro. :( so till next time...

Welcome!
Heyy! Well, this is my first effort at creating my very own blog. Through the years i've seen many of my friends make their own blogs so why not give it a go??? So well from now on you guys will be hearing me talk about things that i wanna talk about. Confused??? haha, which means i'll be talking about everything from how my day at school was to the smallest of things and events in life which fascinate me...
So let the blogging begin...
Well to start off, my JC1 Mid Course Exams are OVERRR!!! YAY! today was my last paper which was chemistry and i can say without doubt more or less all my papers went pretty well. (:
After chemistry me and jessica , for those who do not know jess is my best friend, waited for jacinda ,who is jessica's twin sister, before going out for lunch together. On the way we did stop by at the library so that i could borrow books ,for those who do not know i am also a bookaholic. Well lunch was pretty simple if u consider pizza hut simple. haha. garlic bread, pasta, personal pan pizza, just name it. spent alomost 2 hours with them before heading home. On the the train back home met dong li and we spent the entire journey discussing how the chem paper was. this just shows how bored we were!
Surprisingly even though exams are over why does it not feel so??? goshhh, i know why, cuz hindi 12th exam and project work written report and oral presentation are yet to finish. crappp. can't wait for those two to be over. the next couple of weeks, meaning starting from 2moro, will be hindi and project work intensive!
But at least there is diwali to look forward to this weekend. (: There is ALWAYS a bright side to everything in life. well i guess i've said enough for one post, more later next time folks! ciao...
