I have a couple beach trips coming up, newport next weekend with just my momma and family, then lincoln city, just chris and i. can't wait- i need it. its been rainy and yucky for the past few days, i'm actually enjoying it, but i would like one last chance to say goodbye to the sun, i know that there's a long cold winter on it's way. i'm looking forward to all the holidays in our new condo! can't wait to decorate a christmas tree and have get togethers!!! and i'm asking for one thing, and one thing only for christmas:

a new addition to the fam?

Repressing memories- from when we first met.

I pulled up my itunes, and I'm listening to all of the music chris and i have discovered and dedicated to each other. it just takes me back (my junior year in high school), when i would sit on my floor, against my bed, and chat on AIM to him. Exchanging song lyrics, there's so much meaning with music between us. And i know for a fact it's going to take me SO long to find the perfect first dance song. 

I also remember late nights, laying on his bed while he serenades me with his acoustic guitar. We didn't talk, we didn't touch, we would just stare at the ceiling and I would listen, and smile :] 

It's a new start, and I need it! (and my colors)

While looking for a job that suits the long hours that come along will my new improved dream, i am starting school at a local cosmetology academy. i am SOO looking forward to this. the saying "its never too late" has been my support while i've come to this decision in the past few weeks. i've had so much input and advice from family and friends, and yes, i've come to the decision, it's my calling :] 

While Christopher is working long hours, it's going to be hard to get in our time together... i am hoping that our beach getaways will make up for this! We are going to lincoln city on the 19th for a nice, relaxing night. 

I've also come to a decision on wedding colors, it's a tropical environment so i'm pretty sure i can get away with this!! check it out.
