Twitter

Back in January I signed up on Twitter. With already having a Facebook I didn't need another site to put down worthless nothings of whats going on in my life. So instead my Twitter is strictly for quotes, Bible verses, song lyrics and links to songs that I like. The goal is to encourage and inspire you, make you think, and of course make you laugh! Which for those who know me I thoroughly enjoy making people laugh in my own odd little ways! :-)

Well, it sure has been awhile since I've posted on here!!! *hangs head in shame* I'm not sure how many people even read this thing anymore, or check it. I sure don't! Ha! But I do have some friends that do and this is their only other connection with me and pictures other than email. So once again I will promise to do better!!

Wedding bells are ringing!!!

A week from today Kevin and Sarah are getting married!!!!!!! :-) :-)
We leave VT on Sunday, spend the night in Albany and get some stuff done there for my Grandma and the wedding. Head to PA on Monday, spend the night at Kev's and than we all head to NC on Tuesday! Kelly flies in on Thursday...can't wait to see her!! :-) Then there the rehearsal, wedding, party at Cooks the day after, and finally heading home on Sunday. It's going to one awesome week! :-)

When I flew home from ABQ in Feb I landed in Albany in the middle of a bad snow storm.
The roads were so bad that Kurt and I had to stay at my Grandma's instead of going straight home. These next 2 photos I took from my window at Grandma's

We headed out after lunch the next day....roads still were kinda messy but not to bad. Though this guy had some trouble making that turn.
(still in NY for this one)

The roads in NY weren't too bad, just slushy.
But once we got into Vt it was a different story.
This is the road that goes right by ours and I think I only saw the pavement once the whole time we were on it. and that was a small small little bit of pavement!!

Came down the hill and around the bend to turn into our road and saw this poor guy. He didn't get out of there till almost 9pm and we got home at 3pm. Not sure how long he was there before we went past.

Yeah it was a big job! And it wasn't nice light, fluffy snow! It was the wet heavy stuff!

Some awesome, happy news!!!

Back in March Kevin started courting one of the sweetest girls around, Sarah Cook!!! Whoa are we excited about this!!!! Our 2 families have been good friends for several years now so this is absolutely perfect!!!! :-)

Hmmm......

OK, to whoever still keeps up with this thing. In the next few days I will be posting lots!!! I have a few friends and this is their only way of keeping up as far as pictures, etc. go. And I've been getting told that I'm not posting enough. So true!!! Time to give Facebook a little less of my time and get going on this. Sound good?? :-)

The day is finally here!!! Flying out at 1pm today for ABQ, New Mexico!!!! Can't wait to get there and see my family!!!! :-) It's going to be one awesome visit! :-)

Albuquerque here I come!!!

A week from tomorrow I head out to ABQ, NM to visit my great sister Kelly, awesome bro-in-law DantheMan and 2 adorable nephews Micaiah and Derek!!! I'll be gone for 4 weeks and will NOT miss the weather here at all!!!!
Looking forward to seeing my family!!!!! SUN!!!!! shopping, painting walls-ceilings-etc , ice skating (if I can convince them to go!!) the zoo...if it's open!, warm weather! OLYMPICS!!!!!!! hanging out at night - talking, laughing and fooling around, Lasolita's tacos!!!!!! going without a coat, introducing Kel to the wonderful BBC movie North & South, and whatever else happens!!!! :-)
