Far Out!!

It's Friday!!  TGIF!  I hope you have some crafty time ahead of you this weekend.  I plan to squeeze some in between soccer games myself.

 

I have a card to share with you today that I made using a fun image from 2 Cute Ink. It's called Up and Away Rocket Ship.  A boy and his dog going on a space adventure, how fun it that!?!  The pattern paper is from the Basic Grey Bow Ties collection.  I just love space themed stuff.

 

 

I'm going to send this card as a Thank You to our local Elk's Lodge.  They sent my daughter's entire 5th grade (3 classes) to Space Camp for a week...completely free of charge.  It was an amazing experience for the children and such a wonderful gift.  We are so thankful to them.

 

Free Digi!

Sewing Cat Card

I made this circle shaped card using the newest 2 Cute Ink digi image, sewing cat.  I also added a sentiment and some buttons from a Some Odd Girl clear stamp set.

Gift Card tutorial at 2 Cute Ink

Crochet Hook Container

Today I have a fun project to share with you using the newest 2 Cute Ink digital image, Crochet Cat.  It's a crochet hook container.
 

I cut the box using my Silhouette machine and found the free SVG file on the Internet.

 

This little box holds a several hooks.

Crochet Cat is colored with Copic markers.

Cupcake Birdie Tag

Do you love to celebrate birthdays?  In our house birthdays are a big deal and always a lot of fun.  Plus, it seems like my kids have a friend's party to attend almost every weekend.  That makes for a lot of gifts....and gift tags.  When you are in a hurry, grab some colorful cupcake wrappers to make a fun tag. If you are in a real crunch for time, just use a simple "To/From" stamp instead of an image.

The little birdie is colored with Copic and I added a touch of sparkle to the scallop edge with some Stickles. I also added Glossy Accents to the cupcake icing.

The gift tag is just 3 layers of cupcake liners and a pop dot behind the image. That's it!

Happy Together

It's February and love is in the air. Time to make some cards for all of the special people in your life and let them know they are loved.  I made this card using a sweet new image from 2 Cute Ink.  It's called Puppy Love and you can find it in the digi shop. It's brand new today!

 

The sentiment is from Stampin' Up! and the papers are Achiever's and Hobby Lobby brands.

This little squirrel is the newest 2 Cute Ink image.  He would be great for birthdays or Christmas, but I am using him for a fun Valentine's Day tag.  Pair the tag with a bag of peanuts or pistachios and you have a nice little gift for your Valentine.    

 

 

 

 

Party Chihuahua

I'm always in the mood for a party....just like this little Chihuahua.  He is a digi design by 2 Cute Ink and right now you can get him for free when you drop by their Facebook page. They are also having a challenge using this image and this card is my entry.
