late nights

well it looks like finally these long days are taking its toll, i was quite the tired today. these past few nights has been some crazy staying up lateness, like 3 or 4 oh my. and the worst (or is it best?) part is, its not even for exams! muahaha! take that stats! anyways, we shouldnt be allowed to have this much fun during exams, but heres to many more surprises and adventures for the rest of the term. and a few bday wishes - crick/amy, steph frm md. welps, keep rockin on folks, studystudystudy!

in the past week i've...

- found out about a midterm next monday.
- read my bible every day (looks like im finally getting back on track)
- been recruited for a clan
- quit because the clan disbanded
- had a meal on the church
- joked around with ken on irc harhar /me
- yet to cook pasta once
- watched charlies angels 2 and drumline (both today)
- skipped all stats classes
- made up songs with sharon
- won about 20 consecutive games of freecell
- watched a few 722s (and thus found a new song as my own)
- had some good friends visit

so just when i thought i was done with midterms and projects until finals.. NOPE. wrong again. found out in class today that i have a term test next week. wow. exciting! argh. it really never ends. anyways, lifesong was on friday.. i liked the format but then the actual show left something to be desired. nonetheless, it was interesting. i realized there that it was my first time being on waterloo campus this year. i remember last year we were over there quite a bit, but not anymore now. again, interesting :) haha after lifesong i got to see my dear friend jenbo again, which was grrrrrrrrrreat! always a treat. then some of us went out to east sides for a fun night! harhar. gotta love our table. anyways, the next day my parents came up to visit, which was super. brought up lots of essentials and we went out to dimsum with shar and als, then did some grocery shopping.. i have steak! muahaha.. it was good seeing them again, considering i wont be going home til after exams. yuuuuuup yup. then yesterday/today leo was in town, good seeing THAT boy again too. and tomorrow tim will be stopping by for dinner, so it looks like its turning out to be a reunion of sorts. anyways, thats bout it, still trying to study hard, learning about myself more than my actual studies i think (weird but good)... peace that out.

packed eekwend

so it's been busy, but not much has been accomplished.. ever feel like that? anyways, friday night a bunch of the et kiddos came up to visit for the wknd, vels, joe, lil judy, and mr man john sum himself (on sat).. so a bunch of us go to watch carter's breaking jam.. it was pretty gross. now i've never been to one of these jams before, nor have i seen too many people break dance, but im sure that this was pretty stinkin good. like think about it, me, mr agile, was impressed. harhar! it must have been good. and oh it was. so it was like 3-on-3 battles between crews from all over, and it was stinkin good.. its so overly dramatic, kinda like a soap opera.. ahha its like one guy will do something, the guy on the other cru will be offended, haha and it goes on. man too funny. but it was definitely good, i have so much more respect for these kinda guys now. or the real ones anyways. so yeah, then sat i hung around home, did some work, cooked some mans pasta, and then sharon came over and we watched johnny english! hahaha we're too cool for school. funny movie. *orange hair. and a patch over one eye. and a scar. shaped liek a banana. on both cheeks* haahh good times. anyways then we went over to sharons.. and had dinner with everyone.. too many ppl haha.. its impossible cooking for so many ppl.. but it was okay, we got to hang out with jer and jon that was jokes, then we were just chillin round for a while. so this morning, church at cfc.. mmm not bad. good sermon.. not really feeling it for worship there.. i dunno. its difficult to really get into experiencing God there.. not too well facilitated for that? i dunno. anyways then we went over to adrienne/dawns place and they made us lunch (their turn heh) which was nice, and we watched cosby show harhar.. then later we all went to sharon's concert! it was pretty good, and it was funny cuz the bassist was high and apparently angry haha so that was fun.. afterwards jer and i went out with sharon and her parents for dinner at this funky ol' place, good food, so nice of sharons parents to treat us again. good food is always welcome it seems.. and so now, back home.. upcoming this week.. errr biz group project due friday.. and eco midterm on friday too.. i think i'll be okay.. been faithfully attending that class.. as for stats, well thats for another blog :) heh anyways, sorry for the recap blog, seems school has dummer me made. peace

woe to me...

and just like that, in a flash, it's all over. all i've worked for, spent countless hours on, it all comes crashing down in a matter of seconds. perhaps i was just being careless, not paying enough attention. whatever it was, it's too late to change anything now. woe to me...

and with that, my free cell streak ends at 389 games. it'll be a while til i can get back up there again. like at LEAST three weeks.. sheesh.
