so here i am at work!
dont worry, im working very hard, im just on a lunch break now. anyways, work isnt too bad. first day was yesterday, and that was kinda boring cuz they didnt have our computers set up yet. this other student im working with also just finished first year biz at laurier. what a coincidence! so that was cool. today has had a lot more work. pretty much i've been working with excel, doing a lot of number crunching and looking at bills and this and that, i dont really know what im doing but the guy in charge is always nice to offer help. mm what else? i tried running icq go or whatever, it worked for like 2 messages with leo, and then it crashed. haha so i dont think i'll be on THAT anymore. but this is okay, lunchtime will give me a chance to blog sometimes. anyways, i hope the rest of you are doing well, for those working, best of luck! and for those bumming... grrr :)

got back from cc, might as well jot a few notes down.
it was a lot more intense than i could have imagined. totally unlike any high school conference where you've got all the free time in the world... its just packed with so much information and content, almost overwhelming. small group leading was pretty good. i was blessed enough to have a really great group, tons of fun, tons of sharing. met a lot of new ppl, and got reacquainted with a lot of old friends as well. and the car ride up and back down was great too! :) all in all, i spose i've learned a lot, about my own attitudes, motives, mindset, and just the way my character needs to be formed. i hope the rest of you who attended will feel a deep sense of longing for the things of God, and will hold fast to the promises he has for you and the ones you've spoken to him.

God, will you saturate my life and encapture me with your beauty and majesty every single day of my life.

just gettin packed up for cc, ready to leave any moment now. its been a tough slow week, but then again, i havent started working yet, so i should probably be thankful im not THAT tired yet. hopefully God will meet with me at cc and i'll be able to sort out the knots and tangles of my life.

wow i havent blogged in such a long time!
so what's been up with me recently? i dunno, lotsa stuff!
for one, i got a job. im working with my dads company (moohaha) starting next tuesday. i'll be doing data entry mostly, along with making graphs and analysing numbers and data and all that jazz. it should be okay, its good to be working! lets see what else? softball stuff happened this past weekend. leaders retreat on saturday (oh so very boring) then we went to dinner with everyone (almost) and that was plenty fun. we went to see jo's new house. oh my its quite the nice house! very very big :) hehe then sunday was mothers day we went kbbq. mmmm way too much food. that was okay though. this week so far, been watching movies, hanging around, nothing much really. went to a cc meeting today. it was kinda boring as well (haha im so lame) but thats okay. cc (campus challenge) is this wknd, so it should be an interesting time. im a small groups leader alhtough i dont really know what im doing. but then again thats besides the point. after that i start work on tuesday, and thats pretty much going to be my summer in a nutshell. work on weekdays, softball on weekends. and of course, to add some life into my weeks, hopefully traces of God, friends, *special* friends, family, and some fun under the sun. happy summer days to all.
