Those that have been following me know  I love gifts! lol who doesnt huh? But I just love opening boxes, can't stand a sealed box and me not knowing whats inside! lol So you can imagine how excited and surprised I was when Proudmommy702's  ( that is her ID name on youtube  ) package arrived...I tore in to it as if it was Christmas!  She didn't have to send me anything, being all I had sent her were a few stickers, but she did and ,...well I was so excited!!  Here are a few pictures of the lovely items she sent me! My first official RAK! I haven't gotten any RAKS before, I had won prizes from blog hops and contests but not a RAK just for the fun of it...sooo THANK YOU GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the bottom of my heart, ya know Ima' gonna put these charms to good use.

USTREAM FIX!!!

Hello, how many of you have tried to watch my recorded video on UStream only to find that it freezes and slows down your pc to a halt?!  I was able to hear the  audio just fine but the video was choppy and then finally froze!  I tried EVERYTHING but nothing worked, I knew it was Adobe Flash but I didnt know where to find the old version. My problems started around May, up until then UStream worked fine, so I knew it was a fikken update of sorts...well while doing my weekly blog visiting I found the FIX on Kathy Ortas page. She allowed to copy and paste the info one of her followers had sent her, since it was a step by step fix I thought you all would appreciate it!! This fixed ALL my problems!!!!  here ya go...do this to FIX Ustream problems!

Ustream FIX

The issues that everyone is having with Ustream is due to the newest version of Adobe Flash Player. I was able to correct mine by removing the new version (10.3) and installing an older version 10.2.159. I have written up some steps that you can follow to fix yours. If it is something you think other PITAs can follow, please feel free to share. I love your site and your projects. The steps are.

Uninstall “Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX” and “Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin”

Go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

follow the instructions on the screen to download and run the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. You have to run this, or you will get a message that a newer version of Flash exists when you try to install the older version.

Restart your computer

Go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html

Scroll down to the Release and Content Debugger archives list, you want this one:

(Released 4/15/2011) Flash Player 10.2.159.1 (66.3 MB)

Download that file, it will download as “fp_10.2.159.1_archive.zip”.

Extract it to a folder. On my pc I extracted it to c:\downloads.

Close all applications, especially IE and Firefox, then execute the following files from the extraction folder.

C:\Downloads\fp_10.2.159.1_archive\fp_10.2.159.1_archive\10_2r159_1\flashplayer10_2r159_1_winax.exe – for Internet Explorer

C:\Downloads\fp_10.2.159.1_archive\fp_10.2.159.1_archive\10_2r159_1\flashplayer10_2r159_1_win.exe --- For Firefox

Ustream recorded should work now.

Always choose “No” when you get an update notification for Flash.

Christmas In July Hop Day 3...

For my third project I made some "Christmas Mats" using some a green floral and a brick stripped color cardstock sheets from K& Company...I used a nestability die and the angel is a stamp I stamped 3x's. I cut her up into different pieces and glued her using dim. tape to give her some dimension. Hope you like this project, if you keep some of these readily available; you can use them on the front of cards, or make easy layouts!

Another Reminder...hope you can join me... USTREAM this Saturday as in Tomorrow!!! yay!!

at the usual time 6pm Central...

You will need

• 12x12 sheets of paper several...like 8? more? lol Im away from my book so cant count them at the moment.
• Glue, hot or liquid...you will need double sided strong tape for the acetate window we are going to create
• Cutting board
• Scissors
• Something to score with
• Ruler
• Chipboard for covers
• Hole punch
• Chalks or ink to highlight/distress or shade your pages...oh so optional
• Stickles optional also lol

That is about it...hope your in your scraproom just incase I forgot something, but im pretty sure that is it. If you purchased the kits you have all the paper your gonna need and its already precut for you.
