the standard of trainings nowadays have been going from *ahem* bad, to worse, however unfortunately.
take for example today.
"pt", if you would call it, for a mere 20mins, then play soccer for like 1 hour. kao.

im not sure whether its because they're slack, or because we're taking over soon, or because of many other reasons. but what i do know is, the training we are having, can hardly be considered training. >.<

but at least, at long last, the leadership post interview is coming. at least, i think it should be...=X
im sure theres some nomination form. and they want u to fill in your um, leadership qualities, leadership posts bla bla. sob, i dont exactly have many leadership chances throughout my 3 years...>.< i can only think of calling group leader at the moment, which is like dam screwed up. =(
and as i have said before, i would definitely be asking for NCO. for first choice at least, havent been thinking about an alternative yet...but maybe i should. =/
the fact that i have thought up of like 5 new um, training changes about like a month ago is surely sufficient proof that im sticking to this post.
and, obviously, i really, really hope i can get it. abit unconfident though...later they guailan say "eh not very suitable" then gg. =(
of course there's alot more things that i would want to do for the unit, but...its only possible with...some "help". and hopefully that can be achived =)

hai havent been online for the last 2 days. so thought, maybe just do a blog post, since some (but not many =/) things have happened...

lol on friday night sgt test results were out.

lolx. 77%! yay...passing is 65%, so considering that its quite imba i suppose. not to mention its the top 3rd score ^^
hai. but the results looked abit funny...lincoln got like 17 for drills + uniform wth? then alot of ppl (surprisingly those jokers mostly) failed like one component (mostly moi). lol sad XD

then there was the national event on sat....floorball. 9 schs came, supposed to have 10 but one sch ponned. >.<
then it was dam lame. i was supposed to be some cheparon (dont know how to spell =p), means guide the diff units arnd our sch and stuff, show them where toliets are etc. but turned out didnt do anything. well, unless u count in setting up of playing area. otherwise, basically i fei-ed there. ok mugged some chi perhaps, but otherwise i think it was abit fei, stoning there doing nothing. not to mention it rained right before the start of the first matches, meaning had to move everything to hall. walao. sian right.

haix. and tmr. the tests being..omg. maths cct, and chem spa on titration. i think i'll do decently for maths, chem...lets not talk abt it too early. =X
then there will of course be training on weds...hope it wont be some screwed up thing again...kao support games day indeed. in the end no sec3s went at all. n1 le.

meanwhile, i've really thought alot about what i can do for the unit after we take over and such. really alot of solutions. and i really hope, i can make some difference to the um, "bad" situation that we have in front of us...

fyi, components were...
drills, MOI, campcraft, first aid
needed 65% to pass. and also, no failure of any individual component (sounds a whole lot like napfa lol).
kk so there we go!
started with theory. it was ok except for one stupid qn where i went to act spastic, changed bowline into bowline on a bight. dam jack =.=
MOI was quite good? was one of the last (in fact 2nd last). got freedom of choice to choose any drill to teach, but i decided on sth untaught anyway; betulkan barisan (kk i know the spelling is probably wrong. paiseh lor i dont know what). think it was quite good la. haha =)
drills was decent perhaps. at least for footdrills. rifle drills...too concerned with looking at the alignment of rifle butt with boot toe cap. kept glancing down...think kena a few marks' deduction cos of that. hai.
ok but i think it went pretty ok overall la. quite sure i passed (as in 65%)! =D

on a side note, i think that it isnt exactly accurate, having like 3-4ppl grading the whole squad. i believe they minus marks for wrong mistakes, otherwise u get a full 20. its kinda...inaccurrate la, i mean like we're only humans, have only a pair of eyes, how many ppl can u spot at once? 3-4ppl grading like a squad of 20+. how accurate can it get?? perhaps i'll think of a new way to grade when we take over. =)

oh freak la. just realised. interview still isnt here. zz when they want to give us? even after interview still got like 2 weeks b4 take over lor. its wk 3 already leh...zzz sian diao.

tmr got bio test...dont think it'll be too hard la, protein and fat test on potato, and starch test on leaf. procedures are pretty easy, just gotta be more careful lor. zz heard got some screwy theory qns...well cant do nth about that. =(

sian recently been screwing up quite a couple of tests. mainly...jap and du zhe test. i thought jap would be relatively easy, but who knows i screwed up the passive form like shit, all wrong, wth. gg le, i'm dam happy already if i can get a 4.0 for the test... du zhe worse. think 80% of people didnt bother to read at all, and they surely got badly owned. not to say me, i had like 10 blanks which randomly write a choice at the last minute =( very pro le, if 35/50...=X

zz. i have to admit that i was quite slack (ok very) for the past 6 months...could have done alot better, it wasnt as if i was chao busy. zz. im going to mug super hard for the 3 tests next week (mole concept oba, phy kinematics quiz, bio food test lab assignment). better own or get some high 4.0....=/
