firstly, badminton announced tt their c div won gold.
well this was not really tt good to be happy abt, but the main thing was when bob koh went up and announced a holiday for us. w00ts

yew was late in leaviing after maths period, so chong came in already, and was waiting for her to finish. then he had left the chem quiz on the table and went arnd giving out worksheets individually lolx. then pathy saw or sth, then ppl started gng to see, lolx. must say the quiz was dam easy. but sian, 14/15 nia. almost full marks, just that i forgot to simplify the ratio of the no. of moles, hai..... anw, he said tt our class average for quiz highest among his classes, even better than 3D LOLX. so we said alot of crap, and persauded him to let us off for recess 10mins earlier. XD imba.
then we heard tt chong drives a female teacher to sch every day, LOLX. and ri teacher at that, cant rmb her name le, will say at a later date probably. lol, and supposedly tt teacher pays chong to drive her to school. o.O, later chong gf buay song, then he gg XD

omg. i just failed 2 things today.

worst was maths TA. when i did it i couldnt do 2 parts of qns, so i know im screwed. but i nvr expected a 2/13. totally forgot to factorise out a -3 from the x term, so basically the whole page was gged. wth la, 2....tts like not even 20%! but then ms yew said tt, due to qn3 of version B of the TA being unsolvable, everyone would get the full 3 marks for it. so i got 2 more marks le....become 4 =D ok. dont celebrate yet. my TA % now is 69.6% and tts unbelievably sucky.

then got the sickening chi 综合填空。bloody hell la, i failed it sia. 8/20. i dunno why im actually screwing up my chi so much. its like, the 综合填空 always have 2 choices tt both seem plausible, then when i think very long and decide on one, boom. the other one is correct, wth. i dunno why they make the 综合填空 so bloody difficult, then some ppl random random get things like 14/20. its like, abit unfair right?

i dunno why life is making it so hard for me. pfft. damit la.

so, im not gonna just sit around and cry over it. im gonna mug freaking freaking hard for this maths cct, and pwn them all. im gonna salvage the marks that i lost for this TA, and possibly for the previous test. its time to buck up man. no more slacking. the time is long gone when i could survive on slacking and last min mugging.

yea. quah is this eng teacher of mine, who totally rocks. let me update u on the current situation, yes?

firstly, today got back progress report. looked at english results. OMG, eng test 30-39%, eng ca 20-29%. W. T. F. quah is seriously pro. she randoms marks for u, ranging from C+ to D-. i bet she has a dice with the grades on it, then toss to see what to give. occasionally, or rather rarely, does she give 2/3 B- and above. wth, tt sux. we complained to yew, then she say she go check with other eng teachers. hope we can get change of teacher or sth. i mean like, seriously. who comments on an essay as heartwarming yet gives it a C? if it goes on like this with her arnd my eng dunnid play le. 20-29th% of the cohort sia. u know how noob that is? 70% of ppl got 75+, and possibly lots of 80%. kena sai man. and i heard tt 3D, who also unfortunately tio quah, is as worse off as us. quah gives them these random marks: 65, 75 or 85. of course no one got 85, she prolly too niao to give 85. bet 65 and 75 50-50% ba, i mean 3D is still a considerably imba class.

shit. im dam pissed. tmr got english. hope we go screw her so much she'll learn her ways.
then lets talk abit abt other subjects. chem...73. zz sian, 50-59% sia. nub leh....means lots of ppl owned in SPA, omg. then chi also, 50-59%. wa tis siao la, at most 50 china scholars nia, and tts only 15% of the cohort. oh no, i forgot got alot of non-chi students too. zzz sian, but even so 50-59% is abit too lan lor.....dunno how screwed i'll get when i show my mom =X

maths not bad. 70-79%. but tot alot of ppl fail leh? lol dunno....suppose tis standard gd enuf ba.
bio not tt good. 84 nia, alot of ppl got full marks for sickle cell assign which is same % as cct, so alot of ppl beat me, zzz. but my cct chao imba, 90-99%, woots.
ss dunnid say. OWNAGE, 97% omgwt*bbq, lolx XD
physics 78. 70-79% though o.O surprising. think lots of ppl screwed up the quiz. sad ba. and ppl din do tt well for phy test either.....well, not bad lor. only sad thing is i was one mark away in the phy cct from a 4.0. grr. makes me angry.

on a happier note, got back chem cct today. guess it was a relatively easy paper, otherwise why would 1/3 of the class get more den 24? lol anw i guess my score was quite imba ba, 28 =)))) but not counted in this progress report, SIAN. otherwise maybe can get higher %, like 60+th% liddat. haiz.

lets talk abt training now. today got some pt at the start, was ok i suppose. then got drills. lol, neville nah started giving ppl stones to hold, cos they (including me) had fists unclenched, >< then he decided to take us for combined pt with the sec2s. wa dam shack. but suppose it was gd training for napfa and such.
and then leonard told us got some CIP flag day thing on 4 May, compulsory. SIAN la, flag day. whole world just dao u de, somemore u from RI, waste time nia. hai but compulsory, so no use complaining. at least got 4 CIP hours ba, sth good to look forward to, lol.

k first thing today was international friendship day celebration. yay.....so we went off to the hall. first got PRC's demonstration of taiji, which they very obviously faked. then got some chi song singing or sth, lol. it was ok except for one guy who, when soloing, his voice went dam high at the climax of the song or sth. rofl lor. then got indonesia segment. the guy started with a very nice statement. "indonesia is a country" after hearing some laughter, he repeated the statement. guess he din know his statement was causing the laughter, lol. got some lame rap too though. then got india and vietnam's performances, which did not have anything particularly special to comment on, so i will not. but chong was excellent today. fell asleep sia. notice hes a teacher hor. if bob koh saw that it would be bb to his days in RI le =) mingduo took a pic of chong sleeping secretly, but somehow kenneth low found out and asked him to delete the pics. zzz. hai. got owned again.

quah rocks. according to recent studies, i can deduce that for assignments, quah's comments and marks do not exactly match very well. 2 possibilities to this abnormality. one, quah's comments are fake (means she crapped them up). two, she gives most ppl random grades, ranging from C+ to D-. omg this is uh, excellent lor. really imba way of marking. quick and effective, yes, but does it really project our standards and effort correctly? highly doubt it.

and hor, i realised today that friends are so unreliable. all one for himself one. go and do things by himself, then tell people, then i do what? lose out la. dam smart. selfish sia. but its expected, human nature to be selfish. freak la. liddat i dunhav chance, dam unfair de. in short, cannot rely too much on friends la, especially not this kind.

first got PE. circuits for whole lesson, zzz. 3 in fact. it wasnt as tiring as the first time we did circuits though, even though that time we only did 2. maybe cos used to it le ba =)
then got chem. chong went thru the paper without giving us back, cos he havent marked yet =.=
zzz. realised maybe i minus 7 marks le. wth la. and only one bonus correct. wa sian. hope can get 80% for the test at least. even if not reflected in this progress report, i do still want a 4.0 at the end of the year....
uh, and christopher got full marks for chem test. ownagezz. he owning maomao le.
then got chinese. she told us chi ca marks (which equates to gpa ba). and guess what. i got 68! wa heng, tot tio 2.8 or wat, but dam lucky, 3.2. hai but no 3.6, sad la.....but heard alot alot of ppl also no 3.6, so i guess this is to be expected?
then got house meeting. alot of cock ba lolx, just stoned thru it mostly.

then best. me and shude quickly chionged seminar room 3 for queue up to the uniform sizing thing. guess what. reached there, saw maybe 10 sec1s, outside a closed room. CLOSED. means suppliers lagged. they only reached at 1.50 (ZOMG), when the whole world was already getting half pissed to death outside (for me and a few lucky others with 3rd lang we were inside =))
lucky sia, could finish at 2.15, i only gotta change 3 parts anyway, it was easy. we came out and saw it was bloody raining, wth. did i mention that today i had a jap compo test? then me and jie liang chionged 59 to the bishan interchange, and realised raining stopped. wth la. so walked the rest of the journey, reached maybe 2mins late lol, but nvm de. 2mins nia. and the compo was ok. topic was good, think my content was substantial ba. hopefully can get 7+/10 =)

unfairness. thats what im going to talk about today. in my post, yeah.

why is it that some people can get away with "cheat" advantages while others do not even try to get these? some people beg for answers from friends, copy last minute answers from other's assignments, bla bla. and they get away with it, getting a 4.0+ for the piece of work. wth is this. its like, they should fail it la, for the bloody lack of integrity and such. yet teachers dont care, let them get 4.0 and such, then those who did honest work got lower. this is seriously dam unfair. school system cannot prevent this, and its one of the worse flaws ever, esp. in RP, since alot of focus is placed on non-test work. wth. take for eg, junying. im quite sure he did not do the bio assignment himself. 26/30, dont believe it. he did it last minute somemore. me and pohsia did during march hols sia, and wat did we get? 23 and 20. freak. its just dam unfair.

and kern choong got....owned for ss brochure. not because he slacked or anything, rather it was due to, shall i say social problems? boils down to one person.

i realised tt my maths no more 4.0/
walan. 3.6 le. due to the porr maths test performance, 22.5/30. and its weightage is like 1000000:1 to TAs, so there, 3.6. ZZZ. and maths is x2 de leh, walao. ok. mabe i shudnt complain. alot of ppl failed their maths test. god knows wat kind of gpa they'll be getting for maths =X

now i get a 3.55, if any gpa is gonaa show up on my progress report, that is. wth. not 3.6. 3.55. damit.

anyway, did some serious revision over this weekend. i can tell the tests coming up (eg chem and bio) arent gonna be cake, like last time, ALOT of mugging to do, but i realise that if look thru alot of times, and understand whats going on abt all these things, i can memorise them fine enough. isnt that great =D
revised every subject except for eng and chi. according to the funny test schedule thing they gave us, theres supposed to be a english test or sth this week. quah had better not tell us that there is only tmr. otherwise i might not be able to control the urge to screw her.

there isnt anything much to talk about today. so i shall just take a look at my current gpa which might be reflected in the april progress report. i got this idea from haoqin, lol. kk so here we go:

english: 3.2 (predicted, zzz niao quah fault)
chinese: 2.8 (predicted, WTH)
maths: 4.0 X 2 (confirmed, w00ts)
bio: 4.0 (confirmed)
phy: 3.6 (confirmed)
chem: 3.6 (predicted)
ss: 4.0 (confirmed, thx to imba brochure =))))

so tts (3.2+2.8+8+4+3.6+3.6+4)/8, which is 29.2/8, which is 3.65, according to my calculator.

zzz la, thx to a nub chi grading system and a bloody niao eng teacher, my possible 3.7++ is gone. freak ur la, noobs. and chi seems to be getting dam siao nowadays. im sure every1 out there feels the same too. english is no better, due to the reason stated above. niao shit. dam u (her).

whats more worrying is that the other subjects are becoming seemingly harder le. maths is gonna have some real imba topics which is gg. upcoming bio test got some serious mugging needed, need memorise (like really MEMORISE) a whole page of vitamins and what they do, den memorise characterisitcs of carbos lipids and proteins, wth. rmb, memorise hor.
chem also getting screwed up. wk 5 got chemical equations test, must memorise stuff like each chemical ion got what charge, combine in what ratio la, bla bla. got like 30 chemicals to rmb, gg.
and phy got waves now. think its gonna be pretty hard too. zzz. hope ss turns out ok.

i think im gonna go crazy if the work goes on to be as siao as what i fear. like, even if this is RP, can they dont do things until such a crazy extent. we are still ppl u noe, not some robotic crap. and the new assesment system owns sia. no CTs but a whole lot of screwed up shit.

didnt post yesterday, was kinda sick (flu + headache + poor appetite)....today was slightly better, anyway its lucky tt tmr is gd friday, lol. anyway, so lets move onto the post, shall we?

then chong han guang had to come along and ask for ppl to join the city venture comp thing. some funny amazing race thingy i think. then no one wanted, and he did this really jian thing. he asked those who got excuses to write down, the rest all must join. WTH la, if we dunwan why must force us. shit.
then aymie lim came along and told us got uniform fitting on next tues. i was thinking, ok no 3rd lang is bad enough, but then today i realised next tues got jap compo test, WTH. den must go moelc at 4.30, same class as other sch noobs whose jap is some shit, according to our sensei.
den was drills (duh). jasper happened to pop by, then he stayed for maybe 15-20mins looking at us doing drills. "wa ur are dam slack la!" that was what he said. bet we looked somewhat disgusting to him.
then....we learned a new drill, kekeri / kekanan pusing. means when u hear it, stop, stamp with other feet, den march in the new direction immediately. kekanan seems to impose some problem unlike kekeri. i end up with a psychomotor problem, meaning hand and leg go together, not only does it look retarded, u cant really march properly too =.= maybe its due to the fact tt all marching drills so far include sticking out ur right hand first, so it kinda becomes a habit, den when u do kekanan pusing, turning right, sticking out ur right leg AND ur RIGHT hand......well its really screwed. and this will be necessary to master for the 2nd class drill badge. zzz.
after that we had the screwed up interunit quiz selection test. test on ALL general knowldege de....wth la, this is called NP interunit la, and first test test all general, not fair de. tyco can get in le, wth. dam pissed. then was pt, which was kinda exhausting, owning to us running dunno how much distance, maybe 800m+? dunno. all in all, this training was pretty screwed.

and thats not the end to my pissing spree. we were shown our chinese ca marks so far, and mine was dam screwed. the most angry part was, she had to chose the chang wen and compo which i both barely passed, freaking shit. its not chosen according to individual best scores sia, its according to class average best scores. WTH. liddat is chao unfair la. whats their problem man. im afraid im getting a 2.8. shit you chi department. u suck. seriously.

track and field

hm. havent blogged for awhile, but who cares, im back =) uh ya, this post will be pretty long, gonna talk about alot of stuff, yea, so sit tight and enjoy, lol.

like the title said, today was track and field....whats the first thing you think of when u hear this? (waste of time >.<) yup. its pretty much true i suppose. i mean, we didnt actually do anything of great importance there lor, except cheering on our houses? diao. ehh but me and shude discussed alot of np stuff lolx, guess got some use ba. and he left (or should i said, zao-ed early) at 5.40, when we were dismissed at uh, 5.55? lol, 15 more mins nia. but the whole thing was quite sian la, only thing worth watching i suppose was the teacher's race. got alot of teachers many wanted to see ram, eg kenneth low, and for our class, perhaps it was chong han guang =P. lolx, wonder if he ran with his arms swinging wildy abt, i din realise he was running at all till the race ended, sian la. couldnt get to see zzz.

but before track and field there was assembly. opening ceremony of "under the banyan tree", some book on the experiences of old rafflesians from the class of '64 or sth, if i rmb correctly. lol, then there was one guest of honour (old boy la) who was commenting that there were some teachers that were so lousy and such.....then one person came to mind. chong, omg. ok la, dont so bad, lolx. but his teaching really not very good la.

speaking of teaching, lets talk about our dear english teacher. quah. she owned us for ERP. AGAIN. 2/3 of the class got C and below, wth, in fact i think not even 5 got B and above, to be exact. dam shit, no one ever said that the structured questions had to be specific to the story, and the paper never stated that too. bloody hell, how can she give that kind of shit and expect us to take it lying. but no point trying to argue with her, she's so freaking niao she'll just cook up some lame excuse and force you to give up. zzz freak. if i dont get a 3.6 this year for english she's gonna get it. think our class will screw her bad. real bad.

plus, quah's teaching rocks. guess what she said when she came in for lesson today. "since we're all going for the track and field later, i guess you all are not in the mood, so i have decided not to have any, formal lesson today." its like, ZOMG wth do u think ur doing, decide to cancel lesson and have crap session??? and its not even crap, she wanted us to take photos for the class seating plan. for what la, her memory so poor, she wont remember our faces anyway de. and then she made us write some self introduction (lame thing again), and if never write half page cannot get back ERP. seriously, not that im being bias cos she marked me lowly for my assignments, but her teaching really cmi. and if she doesnt change, god knows how many more students will fall victim to her. =X so in conclusion. quah. SUCKS.

and my chinese results are screwed as well. think this chinese teacher anyhow mark our shu ping, how come got like 6 ppl get 30/50 de? i mean, surely it cant be so qiao(coincidental) right? and she never like allocate marks or anything, never tell us what we missing or what we wrong at all, just tick here tick there, then give a low mark. zzz wth la, can at least say wats wrong with our piece right. otherwise how to improve? damit. and she said my compo on a childhood interesting story was kinda off topic or sth. wth. just cos it doesnt seem "interesting" to u doesnt mean it isnt lor. what matters is I think it is, not u. and if u say u dont think its interesting at all, i can only say that its bullshit. now my chinese is in danger of falling to a 3.2 as well. screw all the teachers la. cannot mark for goodness sake.

so sorry to end on such an angry note. but well, i just had to get that off my mind. yeah.

hey wait, im not ending yet, lol. remembered sth. lucky today i met junsheng, asked him if can just like help out in interact club stuff when u want without being member or what. and he said of course can. bloody wayne, trick me hor, say not member cannot. so this actually means right, that nyaa seems achievable. we just ram help in interact for the CIP, since interact got organise these stuff so dam often (in fact at least weekly i tink), CIP is more den likely able to finish fast. skills (im talking abt the part of NYAA here) may have abit of problem there.....i mean like, what kind of stuff can u do on continously for like a year? at first i tot of computer skills, since it was listed as one of the examples, so maybe can ask sharon xu to teach or sth every mon after sch or wat? i mean, its ok wat, since mon no cca and after sch, every week go like 1 hour or wat, sounds ok right? but no, shu de wanted to do CALLIGRAPHY, omg. i can tell i gonna sian diao after first 2 sessions, confirm. whats so interesting about it that it can sustain me for a year, wth. nvm. think i go and ask other ppl, see if they taking nyaa, den see what kinda skill they doing =)
