Ok, I was surfing thru' the usual blogs I read one fine day, when I came across this payperpost thing. This is actually like making some cash with your own blog. It is good for someone like me, who spends most of my time blogging and being online. I'm not allowed to work part-time jobs either, which is good, so I can concentrate solely on my degree studies. Hence making me a very poor student =) Everyone knows that!
Speaking of being poor, I am actually considered quite blessed already. Whenever my wallet or bank account seem to show me emptiness, God will seem to provide for me somehow. Sounds odd right? I know, bcos I thought they were just mere coincidences too. Haha!
At times, close frenz will just call me out for a catch-up session and end up treating me to some places that I've been craving to eat (of cos, with some whining and nagging for a treat sumtimes too). At times, I wanna go shopping so badly and desperately need cash. Few days later, papa or brothers will pass me some cash from their paychecks =) At times, places I eat have discounts that I din even think. Haha! (yes, you realise all I talk about is eating and food, I love food ^^v)
Ok, back to the main point on why I wrote this post. Since I've decided to sign up for this payperpost thing, that means I want more $$! Humans are never easily satisfied by nature. They actually give you a list of topics to choose from, on what you prefer to write on. Women's topics, Business, Technology, Entertainment, Travel, Religion/Spirituality and much more!
After writing your preferred topics on your selected blog, they will credit the specified amount of money to ur PayPal account when your written post is approved. You would need to have a valid debit or credit card else no $$ to get. You can choose to donate your earnings to Habitat for Humanity or American Red Cross if you are a nice humanitarian. I'm not, so I'll keep the $$ in my bank.
Since I'm tasked to write about payperpost as my virgin post for them, just to earn my 1st few bucks, I'm proud to say I have exceeded the said 200 words =) I need something more interesting to write on pls. Till then, continue to read this blog of mine! I see many loyal readers everyday although few tagged and none commented, but still thank you to all! Love ya guys loads~
OK, as most of you guys know, I have not been feeling too well since last week. Finally after last Saturday's zoo outing and a phone call that lasted for 45 minutes, topped with much frustrated talking on my part, I finally lost my voice. Excessive coughing, a badly inflammed throat and lotsa phlegm, I can just feel it, but can't seem to be able to spit it out. Craps.
Decided to have a long rest since I was so busy playing during the wkend. I slept for 15h straight. Woke up at 3pm, still felt tired though, so I decided to reserve the rest of the tiredness till tonite to finish up =) Decided its time not to save the $$ and spend it wisely on the doc, but lo and behold, when I reached there at 4.35pm.... it was CLOSED, at 4.30pm. How nice was that. Double craps.
I was coughing like a silly dog and I had to make a detour back home. Doc posted a BIG notice and said he'll be back at 7pm. You know docs, they are never on time. Just like me =\ It suck not to talk at all. You know me, I love to talk talk talk! Whole day in church yesterday, how I struggled to talk but ended up in a hoarse whimper. Decided to whisper instead, like as if I was in the library the entire day. Dumb. Triple craps. I just hate being sick.
Sis was having a good time though, can talk back and scold me without being afraid of being chided. Oh well, its just for a few days. Muahahahaha! Everyone was laughing at me just as much. During classes, teacher ask me to read Bible verses or answer questions, I could only whisper aloud,"I lost my voice!" and gestured to my throat. So embarrassing -.-! Quadruple craps.
Even Shi Yun said I am not Supergirl, dun need to so pia in whatever I do one. Eh I realised that after I got dumbified. Thanks for the reminder girl =) Oops, think I forgot to mention the free KFC meal and the Ben N' Jerry ice cream too, they were lil contributors to my loss of voice too ^^
It's saddening to hear how Christians all over the world are treated, despite doing continuous good for the God's people. We are just trying to spread the gospel to as many people as possible around the world. We dun play or have fun when doing evangalistic activities or on mission trips.
We just wanna let them know that Jesus died for their sins and God has a place for them in Heaven. I know everyone has their rights to choose their religion and beliefs too, I'm not complaining. Christians dun brainwash people to believe in Jesus, but to encourage them to learn more about God's love instead. Dun have this misconception of Christianity ya.
However, I do feel glad for the martyred South Korean pastor, in a way that he is now safe in Heaven; feasting with our Heavenly Father. I feel sad in a way, that his elderly parents and young family has to go through life without him, the head of the household, in future. I hope this incident will hold his entire family together and continue to believe that God will work all things out for good.
Knowing that South Koreans are very zealous and passionate for their religion and each has a strong nationalist identity; I hope that the Christians there will continue to hold on to God's promises, that He will never forsake them at this difficult period of trials. I feel glad for them and hope that their faith will increase much more after this incident. We must realise and be aware that more of such persecution are coming to us Christians all over the world.
Continue to keep these Christians in your prayers and know that all these happens for a purpose =) No point blaming God or heaven etc. You may say its fate, destiny, God's will etc, whatever you say. But.... Are you prepared for such persecution in the near future? Many signs as mentioned in the Bible, in the Book of Revelations, are coming to past. I think about this above key question everyday, and being a typical Singaporean, I'm very kiasi* (scare die in Hokkien) one. I dun feel prepared at all =x
What if I got no food to eat, no water to drink or bathe, no home to shelter over my family and me? No1 I can trust besides my family, no means of escape or hiding places from the enemies, being tortured slowly in infinite ways just for the sake of Jesus' name, being threatened to deny Jesus' name by killing my family? These are just some of the many questions I reckon most Christians will have in the back of their minds now.
This reminds me of the 8 Beatitudes we have just learnt on Wednesday's Combined Net lesson: Matthew 5:3-10. Jesus mentioned these key 8, to the thousands listening to his preaching, during his ministry days. The verses most related to this topic would be Matthew 5:10-12.
v.10 "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. v.11 Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. v.12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."
This has been an ongoing battle since the Old Testament times, and has not seized even till this current day. For so many thousand years, Christians have been persecuted continuously for sharing about God.
Are you willing to be one, who can love their neighbours more than their lives? I myself dunno if I can, but I'm trying my best every single day. I wanna be one daughter that God is proud of, and He telling everyone in heaven, "See, this is my precious child. I am pleased with her...", or sth like that lah.
There is just so much to write about and I can't stop. Haha! Hope you are not bored reading all these up till now. If I wanna write about the signs coming to past, I think I dun need to sleep already. There are just too many. Maybe you readers would be snoring by now already. If you are unsure and wanna know more, ask me when we meet ya =)
Time to check outta here =) remember pray pray pray!! God bless you guys ^^
Q: What did the pig say at the beach on a hot summer's day? A: I'm bacon!
Hahaha~~ funny hor =D at least I did find it funny =x
CAUTION! You have been warned, below video below is NC-16 rated. Kids, pls scroll to the Simpsons pics instead...
Got this custom-made video, starring Steven Lim. Proudly brought to you from kennysia! Enjoy!
This entry was written in correlation with Xiaxue's controversial entry about the most disgusting blogger in Singapore. Tickled my funny bone so badly =D and left me laughing so loud! To understand the above video, you must first watch the video on Xiaxue's entry under Steven Lim. He's one pathetic guy, that everyone sees and laughs at; every time his name is mentioned anywhere.
I confess I'm a regular reader for these 2 famous bloggers, hailing from Malaysia and Singapore respectively. They write darn funny, lame and craziest entries ever lah.
I wanna watch this movie!! Fight for a date with me!! LOL! As if.... -.-
Thanks Shereen... for the yummy and sweet Donut Factory donuts, that you got for this evening's Combined Zone meeting! I doubt I would ever queue up >30 minutes just to taste these colourful looking and tempting donuts.
Affordable pricing though: $11 for a dozen! Aiya, but you know me lah, no patience one. I guess I'll just stick to the HDB bakeries' sugar donuts, that cost 60 cents each only!
Ok, today's entry is very random. No link one. It's time to start practising Engineering Maths now =) not as easy as poly maths, but thank God for giving me the wisdom to understand lah. I returned most of it back to the lecturers already ;p Cheers out~
Happy 21st Birthday to dear sweet Siu Mei! Its been a year plus since we known each other at Starhub. Little did we know that we can become such good frenz, over a short period of 4 months working there together. Although the job really sucks at times, we had so much fun.
Laughing at customers for being retarded and asking dumb questions, trying to psycho them not to buy anything bcos we were feeling lazy and not wanting to do any paperwork, non-compliance top scorers ^^v and of cos had lotsa fun laughing and dilly-dallying alongside with Harman and Sathish; especially whenever queue numbers shoot up to exceedingly ridiculous numbers!
Oh, the late suppers and walks home, your massages on my ever tired shoulders, rare lunch breaks together, trying to take our own sweet time after shift just to gain more OT $$, hiding in the crampy staff room for breaks and eat snake, and forgetting the CCTV camera above us, packing the store and refilling the millions of forms every night etc. Starhub is so lousy with technology lah. Low efficiency and productivity, bad leadership and demanding bosses.
Most of the staff have transferred to Plaza Singapura and Vivo City already, kinda miss them leh. Hahaha! At least now we know how lousy Starhub can get lah. Their promotions and all, bluff people one.
Anyway, here are some pics of your birthday chalet on Monday =) Nice pink girlie birthday cake, topped with butterflies and flowers ^^ You want a kiss? Or you can't hear your birthday song properly? Must be we sing out of tune lah, laugh till so happy.... Make a wish, Miss Mok~~ Blow the 2 BIG n' 1 small candles off~! YAY! You are officially 21 years old! The ex-Starhub TM girls: Me, Siu Mei and Selena ^^ the guys, Darren and Kae Shuan are missing :( Wooo... what a wide spread of food~~ Pretty Mei with her birthday pressie: classic white bling Swatch watch!
Not forgetting, your pressie from us - your best Starhub ex-colleagues: Selena, Darren, Kae Shuan and me! The latest Spring/Summer 2007 Swatch watch! Its pretty, with the bling, white plastic strap and metallic circle face =) Wear it often ya! Up-close takes~
Its really pretty lah. I was tempted to get one myself too, but due to $$ constraints I could only take pics with it. Sighs. We enjoyed the chalet although the food was cold =\ and you were busy entertaining everyone else. Haha! Your mum is one funny lady lah, can joke around with us like youngsters one.
Last but not least, God bless you in all you do. Be it in your present job or future career path, family and frenz, r/s with your guy etc, I hope you are happy always =) Keep piano music alive and teach those rich kids to appreciate classical music lah. Continue to keep in close contact ya ;p Love ya loads pretty girl~ Muacks!
I finally met up with dear Rachel Tan and Titus (aka Ti-tos) last Thursday evening. Although it was a short dinner together, we did have fun laughing and catching up on lil stuff =) Let's all jiayou for our degree studies; since our school semester commences this week, rather coincidentally. Haha! Girl, send me the pictures pls!
Friday evening was a blast! Youth net rally at Yishun was great, especially with New York's Nubian Gents'songs and dance. They use Hip Hop and its culture to spread the gospel to the world. Its good! I took some videos using Yi Xian's camera. So once she upload onto Youtube, I put the videos here ya :)
.... Here you go =) Only got the 1st song dance item for now =\
And, the main point for the rally was,"Its only Friday, Sunday is a coming..." The meaningful video shown left us with different feelings, you guys know it yourselves =)
Plus a new discovery in R5/6, Thiam Siong is now aka Tank, that Taiwanese singer! Wheet~ look so alike lah! Check out the posters at the bus stops and then look at the below video, taken by Joan ^^
Following on was Overnight Cycling!! Here was our 35km cycling route that lasted for 6h (incl. breaks) Click on picture to see route clearly...
The result of excessive cycling was body aches, which was quite expected. Surprisingly the thighs din ache so much bcos I did proper stretching throughout. Erm, still did encountered severe leg cramps at Kallang though. Haha!
Ok, Let's digress abit to the disgusting part first: I was doing my biz at Kallang MRT temporary toilet. You know how dirty and disgusting it can be, no sane girls would wanna sit on those toilet seats! So I had no choice but to attempt the 'half-squat' position, with near-cramping thighs. Took darn long to finish, bladder was full lah.
By the time I peed the last drop, my thighs have cramped totally and gave way. Die liao. I lost balance and held onto the sink, in order not to let my knees touch the wet floor. Yi Ru thought I fainted inside-.- bcos got loud thumps. Guess I was too heavy. Anyways, I finally recovered after struggling in that stinky cubicle for 1 full minute. I literally had to crawl out of the cubicle. Wah lao. So unglam lah.
However, overall the butt down onwards hurt lah! Finally reached East Coast Park MacDonalds. Imagine our relief and happiness on our faces. We had to wobble around as legs were too nuah* (soft/wobbly) to walk already. Dunno why and when I got lotsa bruises after I got home.
What memories we had. Bicycle tires punctured halfway, chains came loose, gears had problems, cycling like crazy kids on busy road junctions and roundabouts, seat so small and uncomfortable, people fall down while trying to play hero, some showing white flag after the first 2 pit stops, eating supper like hungry pigs at Newton Hawker Centre, sleeping at ECP Mac and going home like zombies. LOL! I heard next year overnight cycling will be twice the distance! OMG~! I wanna stay home orh orh instead liao.
Saturday was Tampines Combined Net at Amos house. Oh yes, it was fun! Packed with yummy food and dessert, fun games and great fellowship, what more can we ask for =) Check out the videos Joan took too. [Hotdog 1Hotdog 2Hotdog 3Raisin 2] It was great to see the Tampines youths getting to know each other better. Let's keep up the spirit, all ye faithful shepherds and sheeps alike!
Sunday morning, I was on video duty and I actually dozed off halfway while standing upright. I dunno man. Even the entire congregation looked so sleepy, sometimes I wonder how the pastor or worship leader always tahan the sleepy atmosphere leh. I see already, feel so irritated. Sorry, Pastor Kenny =\
Decided to skip Care & Share in the evening as my brain had started to malfunction by noon. Had wanted to see the performance put up by the Chinese congregration; but oh well, I guess beauty sleep is more important ;p
Bad news is, I have yet to complete my stupid major project. Thanks to some guy doing things so so last minute. Now I gotta clear the mess again, you %*^$#!@ Tell me lah, how in the world can I complete everything by Monday afternoon?! Delay submission already lah, no choice >:(
Oh yes, later this evening I'm going for Siu Mei's 21st birthday chalet. Girl, your pressie is all ready after much effort =) Be prepared to see your much-missed ex-Starhubbers ^^v
By the way, any more takers for the zoo outing on the 28th, this Saturday? Invitation closing soon ya. Sighs, I hate posting pictures using Blogger bcos alignment always go haywire; but its equally a chore to upload pictures onto PhotoBucket lah. Haiya stupid. I'm off to burn wee morning oil now, its 3.30am already leh -.-
Happy 18th birthday to my dear didi, Mr Thumb Strong! Its been a blessing getting to know you in VFC and i am really glad that we can click so well too ;p
Thanks for being that constant encouragement for me. Continue to believe that God will do miracles in your life too. May He bless you greatly in all you endeavours; be it in your studies, frenz, r/s with Ee Ling, your walk with Him etc. Be a great prayer warrior ^^ your prayers has power!!
Below are some lil pictures I tried to snap on Sunday's mini surprise celebration. Sorry my SE W700i hp camera got no auto focus so they are mostly blurry. LOL! Nope, its not Zhi Ni's birthday. Simon was trying to find Thiams, with cake in hand... Even b4 Thiams could make a wish, they started to grab him.... Strong as he is, he struggled to break free desperately... Ee Ling came in... not to help him, but to help the guys! Ee Ling (aka Thiams' gf) started the ball rolling by tau-poking his face with cake! How he tried so hard to struggle free from that creamy cake facial.... Finally, a tau-poked face! Blow the candle!
Yeah, the pics are very blurry...
Thiam Siong and me... *CHEESE!! We got nice white teeth*
I was reading Xiaxue's blog at 3am just now, for the sake of regular reading purposes. Not until I came across this post that invoked several emotions in me. Amusement, shock, disgusted, despised laughs, tickled and amazement.
Press Ctrl-F"Top Seven Most Disgusting Bloggers (In the Singapore blogosphere)" when you enter her blog. You will understand what I feel and mean. I gotta admit she's funny at times. She must be very free to do thorough research on these pathetic SG bloggers. Do check out those now-humiliated bloggers' "renowned" blogs too =) Just for laughs.
This poorly self-made video is done by this really ugly 30 year-old guy, Steven Lim. He speaks bad English although he claims to be a Singaporean. What a disgrace to us all. He spoke lotsa vulgarities on the later part of the video, I reckon he wanna act macho lah.
He thinks he is so handsome until I laugh so hard I almost shed tears. My bowels threatened to have diarhorrea again when my stomach started churning my sinful food. Hence I almost wanted to puke all my food I had indulged in the day before. His blog is pathetic, bad layout, horrid pictures and lousy grammar. What can be worse when you are writing on a free-for-public-to-view blog site? Did he even complete his primary school education at all? Did he passed his oral English exams b4?
Oh my, dun these people ever know their limits? Why are they so bo liao, doing stupid videos and taking silly photos? Why do you people seek attention so desperately? Study hard, work hard, mind your own business and dun do crazy weird things to make yourself paiseh* (embarrassed in Hokkien) lah. I dun sound that mean yet. Haha! These people really have thick skin leh!
Have you readers actually came across worse blogs than these crazy 6 weirdos? Do tell me about it ya, I would love to know ^^ Its almost 5am. Craps. Time to sleep.
Today has been declared Sinful Food Indulgence Day! I have done the big task of emptying my bowels in the morning, so I could eat more today =) I know I'm being disgusting here. Hahaha!
Ramen at Ajisen, Choc Fondue at Haagen Dazs, Pineapple Rice with Seafood + Thai Iced Milk Tea at Siam Kitchen!
Choc Fondue at Haagen Dazs, with the fruits... Choc Fondue at Haagen Dazs, with the mini ice cream balls.... Choc Fondue at Haagen Dazs, with the cakes, choc sticks and cookies!
Alvin and I had fun eating sinfully and happily like lil gleeful kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch cum high-tea session together. Love ya my dear brother!
Angelina is leaving for Perth to further her studies next Thursday, hence we decided to have a lil farewell dinner together. Dinner was alrite at Siam Kitchen, Bugis Junction, with Angelina and Shi Ru. Ying Xi was missing yet again due to her drama stuff, so sad leh. We ate too full so we decided to walk around. In the end we went shopping for clothes =)
Once shopping mood sets in, there is no way you can stop it from going away! LOL~ Shopping was fulfilling for both me and Shi Ru today ^^v Bought a top that I din expect myself to wear, but just went ahead to buy it bcos the girls said it look good on me. You see, I get won over easily at times too.
Shi Ru got herself 2 tops, although she was so tempted to buy the entire shop. She love the clothes there lah. Hahaha! Finally I got myself a black halter vest, with faint white stripes on it; at Bugis Street, just for $15. A good buy ^^ and I absolutely love it! Been waiting to get that for ages already. We would have love to hang out longer if not for Shi Ru needing to go work tml =x
I am so gonna miss Ms Angelina Ho so much for the next 2.5 years ='( Angelina n me...
All the best in your degree studies in Perth ya girl. Dun play so much there ar, must concentrate on your studies leh. Dun oversleep for your morning flight hor! Sorry that we are unable to send you off. Bon Voyage! *hugs* Update us whenever possible =) Shall wait for you to come back when December summer vacation arrives, so we can hang out together again! Not forgetting my birthday celebration too. Muacks~!
*Update on Andrew: He has regain consciousness and is responding fine to questions and all. Still unable to talk or move, long way to recovery and rehabilitation. His parents have witnessed this miracle in Andrew and have gave their lives to Jesus. 2 more souls have entered the kingdom of God! Woo hoo~ Continue to keep him in your prayers ya =)*
15.07.07, 1420-1540: POP was great! I asked God for my purpose in Him.
His answer to me: "Mother of numerous", "Special anointing and authority", "one of the few daughters of God willing to do the work of finding lost sheep", "are you willing to continue on this work for Him?", "99 sheep are found, 1 remained lost; bring back the lost one please", "New Journey", "surrender all of my life to You", "live your life for Me only", "He will provide A-L-L of my needs".
These few phrases are the main points the intercessors gave me during prayer. There is a meaning to them all and I understood quickly. I am placing the pieces of my life's purpose together. I had this burden for the lost youths of this generation since last year. Check out the 1st part of this entry. Today prayer session confirmed it. It is God's calling for me =)
Anyway, if you are wondering why "Mother of numerous", I myself was quite amused by that term when I first heard it. Reminded me of Genesis 15-18: the story on Abraham and Sarah, when God promised Issac to them although they were past childbearing age. They became the parents of the numerous (6.6 billion* and counting) people living on Earth today! Who knows, God might want me to be like a mother to the lost youths out there; to guide and nurture them back to the Lord ^^ I am excited about this.
He also mentioned "New Journey" and emphasised quite abit on that. I got lil clue on those 2 words as yet, but I will find that out soon. Maybe my life have just started a new chapter in Him =) A new journey awaits me.
I am quite aware it is not an easy road to tackle in days to come; given the current vices and temptations corrupting the minds of the youths nowadays. I did went thru some of those stuff b4 myself. However, I will continue to seek God for His wisdom and patience even more now, to bring the lost back to Him once again! Anyone interested to join me in my new journey =)?
[Invitation CLOSED! Thank you for your responses.]
Hey beloved readers, I got 1 or 2 extra tickets to the nice SG Mandai Zoo. Any takers? Its free! Dun you people like free stuff??? Its SIA Family Day on the 28th July; there got food, goodie bags, lucky draw and animals to appreciate =) Its been ages since I last went to the zoo zoo zoo, how about you you you?? (Its a old zoo song thing if you guys born in the 80s remembered...)
I suddenly realised I got no1 in mind to go with to the zoo. Kinda sad leh. Sighs. When Papa asked me to bring a very close friend or two along, I could not think of any suitable candidates. No offences buddies, I wanted us 5 to go together, but I only got 1 or 2 tickets. Moreover I figured out you all got family, work and other commitments, din wanna ask and spoil your plans anyway. My friendster got 312 friends currently, but I dun see any other suitable ones. If you wanna sacrifice your time for me, I would greatly appreciate that alot.
Oh yes, after that dinner will be provided! Papa is paying, no worries. Its a buffet dinner at New Park Hotel =) they got mouth-watering ala-carte Cantonese cuisine there, free flow dishes! Yummy~~ It is bcos we are celebrating 5 different (belated, present and advanced) occasions in 1 dinner. Erm, ask me if you want lah.
So if you dun mind sacrificing 1 Saturday for a zoo date with me, the tall n' pretty girl, to the nice-smelling zoo and for a sumptuous hotel dinner; just tag or sms me ya ;p I'll gladly welcome you =) Church youths, buddies and all, whoever want, just ask me lah.
As of the recent Monday, Andrew's condition was getting better over the past few days. However he just went for an operation on that day, to drain out the liquid from his brain. They put a drainage in his brain and is in critical condition currently.
Went to visit him on Tuesday; his condition still the same but his bruises and bloatedness are subsiding now. He has got a long road to recovery and rehabilitation. His mother and girlfriend looks better now, compared from 2 weeks back, when emotions were running high. Let's continue to support him in his road back to recovery =) Andrew, you can do it!
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds…." James 1:2
"Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." James 1:4
How do you do that? James 1:4-12 gives us a pretty clear direction.
1. Don't rebel against your circumstances. Allow the testing process to be brought to completion so that you may receive the maximum benefit of God's teaching.
2. Ask for wisdom. I want to tell you, believer, you have a secret code to a safe that is full of tremendous resources. And the resources go totally unused by so many Christians. That "safe" is God's wisdom.
God's wisdom is perhaps the greatest tool for your spiritual growth! God's wisdom is the defogger for our fuzzy lenses. And when you ask the Lord for wisdom…when you pray for wisdom…you are opening yourself up to learn about God's overall purpose and plan. You are beginning to see God's big picture!
3. Rejoice in the midst of your trials. James 1:12 tells us we can truly rejoice in the midst of trials. Why? Because the victories are already won! Our victories are in Jesus and He already won the victory. That's why you and I can claim the victory. Regardless of your circumstances, you already have the victory. The battle is won!
I wanna get a new laptop pls! My internet is having lotsa problems lately, and things are starting to cock up again. So pissed. Must constantly back up files and all. Have lotsa stuff to blog initially but I'm so annoyed by the laptop problems till I seem to have forgotten what to type already. Oh nevermind. Craps.
Oh, today is Friday 13th =) Hurray! Its gonna be a fine day ^^
EAM, straight after my current module Engineering Communications; with no break at all! That was why I was so infuriated in that previous entry! Exam is right after my Final Theory Test on 12th Sept =( I am so not happy!
AO2 has no exam! Woo hoo~~ BUT still, I'm not a robot!
1 week after EAM, its AO2! Do I ever get a break? Looks like I gotta wait till mid November now. Sighs. Screwed up Aussie academic calendar. I can't wait for my summer vacation of 3 months! Hang on, summer for the Aussies is not summer for the Singaporeans! Its the cold monsoon season, tropical winter!! Now, what kinda 'summer vacation' is this eh???
Happy 13th birthday to Yi Ru! Yeah, finally she's officially a teenager. She's so excited about it lah. What about my bunch of frenz this year? We ain't that excited about turning 21 and being officially called adults =\ Ok, managed to take few pictures from today's lil celebration. Yi Ru at a loss of words when birthday cake and song was out~ Make a wish~ (aka 仔仔's debut album theme song title) Presenting the trademark pink knife to cut cake~~ Nope, Yi Ru was not touched till tears flowed out... its chocolate cake smeared onto her face!! Su Ping gave the birthday girl a free choc facial! Finally, cutting the cake, with much effort! (look at how she gotta bite her lips just to cut the cake) The happy birthday girl ^^v, officially a teenager -.-

I love those baby curls, big doll eyes, button nose and chubby cheeks of hers! Xue Ning and me =) She loves taking photos and attempted to snap herself by herself.... or rather her lil foot and my big foot too =\ nice try my love!
Fun, laughter, love, tears, annoyance, sleepyness and disappointment, all part of an eventful Sunday, but it still ended up well. Happy Birthday to Yi Ru once again! God has BIG plans for you girl!
